我收到萊茵的信啦. 都係10月16日 in 10:00 am. 不過, 我想改到星期六. 我諗當日可以去聽佢地的seminar.

我10號是要上班的, 16號又請, 可能不太好.
所以, 睇下可否改期.

另外, 題外話, 你地仔仔or囡囡有否naughty左, 我覺得我囡有. 我奶奶問佢今日食嘜野, 佢叫我奶奶唔好問! 我媽惦下佢, 又話唔好惦佢! 呢d野, 我地都冇教佢, 唔知係咪係同學仔到學返來, 而老師又沒有指正呢? 講得'濁', 我覺得個囡幾串. 到時, 點 interview?
老師到時問佢野, 佢唔答, 分分鐘仲叫人唔好問, 我就真係企係到!

hi ..我仔仔都報左萊茵..都係16/10 IN 10:30.
仔仔今星期 2/10 會開始番學呀..o個日學校話係中秋節活動, 著便服, 除此之外, 請問d 小朋友仲要預備什麼呢..

我囝囝番左學又冇特別naughty到，但就覺得佢識野多左，又d words屋企都冇講佢，佢都會講。上星期六我都有問miss lei ，佢話n1b d 同學都好乖，可以坐定定，係d男仔有時會naughty d。當然我個仔係其中naughty個個，miss lei 話我囝會上上下堂，行出位行個圈。

hi韜韜b,
中秋嘉年華當日要著便服、帶生日袋，裡面記得放杯、手巾、尿片，另外帶少量應節食品。
我見囝囝英文學到d，普通話今次學個月字，中秋節故事書已經教完，英文、中文同普通話都好似學左3首歌，哈哈係記得咁多！
你10號去唔去萊茵個seminar?

你好仔細! 我好多時都不在港, 根本跟唔到佢d野! 多謝哂你的報料, 我先知道唔使著校服, &要帶應節食物! 講起食物, 突然諗唔到有嘜有益健康的應節食物, 月餅唔會帶掛!
我老公又好似嘜到唔知咁, 雖然有睇佢功課, 不過好似成日都唔留意學校d通告, 樣樣都過下眼就算. 男人, 係咪都係咁! 唔緊張! 報學校, 又唔睇邊間好, 無所謂咁! 得我去搵, 搵到要幾時幾時攞報名表, 又話我緊張! 我做到的話, 真係唔想旨意佢囉. 發完囉唆嗱, 舒服哂!

男人靠得住, XX會上樹, 我都係自己顧晒2個, 佢只係做經濟支援

你只要記住月尾最後一個星期放本"親子蜜語"入書包, 老師就會將下個月的schedule及書表貼上, 中英文對照, 我叫姐姐幫手跟 - 不過我呢個week都唔記得左......

Hi niklaus,

When will be your 2nd in? I have already paid for the registration fee today. SMC is my 2nd/ 3 rd therefore I will accept the offer first. I have forgotten how many SL's pupils being accepted by SMC last yr.

How come the Maths bk in English & taught in Cantonese? Do they use English to taught as well. Do you think the school taught a lot of English becos I found that even though my son is in the international stream but he seems to learn more Cantonese. My boy don't understand Cantonese before K1 but he learned a lot for this 2 yrs. Of course not fluent lah! I wonder which school International stream is better.

Luckily we had handed in SMC's application early cos application for today will have the 1st interview on 12th Nov which I think by then there will be fewer vacancies left. Gd Luck for your son. Heehee ... let me know the result please.

Hi lamfanny,

SL still haven't let me know the new timing yet. O! the staff there response slow lah! Actually I don't like the staff in SL, their attitude not so good. As for syllabus, I think they are about the same. What is the time for your seminar?

My son speaks better in Mandarin however he reads better in English. He knows more English words. Quite confusing for him right... I think so too therefore I just speak English with my girl now. But I still find Mandarin very impt. Don't know how lah!

What time will be your seminar? Your boy so smart. My girl still learn nothing lah! She won't give me feedback when I asked her about the school. However, she likes singing a lot these days.

It's not surprise for them to know more cantonese as in fact it's the mother tongue of almost 99% of the kids in the school....good to you all still that my little son cannot express well so far, he cant tell me what happen in the school at all, still look like a baby!

It's so good that your son can manage very well in mandarin and english and that's y it is not difficult for him to be admitted, my son is just an ordinary HK boy and only applies these 2 languages in the school only, and english with the maid at home, he doesnt have any certificate to support his application to DSS, so I do hope he will perform well by his own lah. At first SMC asked for a 2nd in on 30 Sep but my hubby was out of town and he wants to be there as well so we asked for re-schedule, now awaiting for their call again :-| he will have some other interviews on 9/10 and 10/10, very busy..... wish us good luck lah!

我都收到萊恩約16 Oct, 11:00a.m. interview. 是否集中全部小朋友都是16號interview?

我覺得囡囡返學前後分別不大, 可能之前返playgroup時一些規舉(如排隊, share玩具)和基本禮貌她都ok.
我想最大分別是說話用詞多了, 不過還是不夠, 我每晚問她返學做了什麼, 她都好努力想跟我說出每件事, 但很多時講講下見她眼仔突然左轉右轉卻表達不出來的樣子都很好笑.

Just curious to know what's the difference you think St Lorraine vs. Zenith for those will go St Lorraine for K1 interivew? You gals make me also think if have to do the same

Hi,

O! Most of the interviews are on 16th Oct. I think maybe becos they don't have lessons on that day. It's their staff development day. St. Lorraine has more holidays for the kids lah!

Don't worry! My girl don't know how to tell me what happened in school too. I think they will slowly know what they have learnt ... just like my son. I never revise with him when he was in Nursery. No homework & no textbk for him. I don't really know what the school taught him. My boy still can't say a full sentence when he was 2+ yrs old & he just went for 6 months nursery class but I think he caught up fast now.

Yup! I think it's becos my boy knows 3 languages that made him a bit 'special'. However, I think your son is good in both English & Cantonese as well. Do your son go for the Cambridge test? Are your son having TSL's & DBS's interview on that 2 days? Do you apply Lutheran for your son?

I think both St. Lorraine & Zenith have the same level lah! Just that SL has gov's subsidy for the local & bilingual stream but not for international stream. I chose SL becos my son is studying there so I can use back his bks. Can save a bit $ mah! It's costly to study in HK everything need $$$$.

你是全職媽咪? 其實, 如果沒有 helper幚手, 真係會好忙好累! 但也羨慕你們可以親力親為的照顧自己的孩子. 睇著他們一步步的進步.
我已經睇過本 "親子蜜語" 了, 謝謝你的提點.

我囡囡用詞的確多了! 不過, 是廣東話, 不是英語. 英文只是唱歌, 仍是不願講.
她現在懂得與人分享玩具, 但也懂得知道有人會搶去她的玩具! 她會保護自己手上的玩具!

My schedule of their seminar will be held on 10-Oct at 10:00am. I will attend.
My cousin also found that their staff showed it unfriendly and impatient. So, she don't like this school very much. However, she's still try to apply. But, it have not happened on me.
What is your first choice for your son? you mentioned SMC is your 2nd/3rd choices.
