Would any mum advise me that the differences of 'green beans soup'/'red bean soup' in Taiwan and HK. My husband always complaint my cooking. In HK, the beans would be boiled till the soup has the 'sand'. So, should the soup in Taiwan be boiled less time?
kitkat0824, can you speak well Cantonese? If not, just pretent you don't understand what your 婆婆 saying.
I'm so lucky that I don't meet my 婆婆 couple times per year and we still have good relationship so far. And both of us don't speak well Mandarin. I can't imagine if we are living together.
And most of you should find that your 婆婆 would ask you to eat something that you may not accept after the baby is born, such as vinegar with pig feet.
I'm very happy today. My father has received all the masks which I sent back to TWN on last week. (350 pcs of 3ply face mask & 100 pcs N95 face mask) It means the TWN custom doesn't hold face mask. It's really a good news.

My working time is from Mon to Fri. Therefore, I will go shopping during the lunch time on weekday. It really difficult to go shopping on weekend with two children together. I would rather to stay at home than go out. :)
By the way, how much is the courier fee which you sent 500 pcs masksto TWN by DPEX?
