My girl also can 反身 la, first time I saw her doing so was on Sat, but my maid told me that she already did some turnings on Friday.
For feedings, here is a formular that you could use for reference:-
Baby's weight in pounds x 2.5 oz = whole day intakes
eg: My girl is around 7 kgs, so
7 x 2.2 x 2.5 = 38.5 oz / day
Therefore, if she takes 5 feedings per day, she should drink about 7.7 oz per feeding.
But in our case, other than her last feeding at 10:30, she will take only about 180 ml each feeding. Cannot force her to drink more, as she will get very angry and cry.
And the Dr at Government Health Clinic told me sometimes ago that whenever she can finish all the bottles throughout the day for some days, then it's time to add on some more per feeding.
I haven't started giving her cereal yet, will do so at around 6 months and her schedule is now:-
7:00 am - 180 ml
11:00 am - 180 ml
2:45 pm - 180 ml
6:30 pm - 180 ml
10:30 pm - 210 ml
