"3" in this morning. They de-activated my sim card in this morning as they claimed that I didn't pay wow. 1st, I didn't recevie any statement from them in May (they claimed they stop issue b/w since April). Every night, I rec'd call (music only) from them but no one talked
and at last someone left voice mail to me and said press *231 to check how much to pay. I pressed many times but no feedback. On 1 July morning, I got the figure finally and pay them immediately. However, in this morning, the said I didn't pay yet
and said if I need the pay statement for May back, I need to pay $35 and if every month I need the pay statement, I need to pay $10 wow
I said I pay $3xx per month and still need to pay this $35 and $10
then the girl said they waive the one for me in June (accumulate the one in May) free of charge (exceptional case wow)
Such a bad bad service (this is not the first time I got the bad service from them la, last time they cut my roaming also without checking their a/c dept. whether I paid or not. Besides, they called me to pay the roaming within 12-hour only
