Thanks for sharing! Today is my 3rd day pumping milk in the office, so far so good. I pump in the conference room. Where do you carry out the pumping?

By the way, I have got some questions to ask:
1) Will it be difficult to pump in winter time? I usually take off all my cloth while pumping. In winter, if I do the same thing, I will easily catch cold. How will you pump in winter time?

2) Is there any food that we are not supposed to eat, like hot/spicy food, 奶茶. . ？你哋有冇特別戒口？

Hi Alicedickson,

Good to hear that you are OK . the Conference office at my office is all covered with Glass so I cant express in the office hence i went down to the mall with a very nice Nursery room to express twice a day during office hour.

here's my response to your question
1. I will put on a Jacket ( 風褸 )when I expressing to prevent getting cold.

2. I eat almost everything . curry, spicy , cold drink, seasfood. whatsoever, so far my BB is ok wor

May I ask how much you pump each time? I am afraid my baby does not have enough milk coz I could only pump about 11 oz (total) at office.

I wonder baby needs 30 oz each day. If so, bf in the morning, 11 oz during day time, bf at 9:00pm and 12:00pm. Less than 30oz???

Jordan, 如果真係唔夠, 可以補一餐奶粉, 我識一個 bf mama, 佢初初返工都係咁, 直至六個月開始食 cereal 先係全 bf, until now, her daughter already 16 months. 所以, 最緊要係放鬆, 如果你未返工, 可以儲定多 d 冰奶, 咁 bb 唔夠食就可以食冰奶

我返左一個月工, 起初真係少左奶, 不過我發現 bb 唔鐘意食 bottle, 所以我返工
