don't your hubby compliant you since you are crazy for yoga dance & yoga ? practise practise and practise apart from ot in the evening, last night up to 12am, tonight up to 10:30pm, tomorrow up to 11am

found that Yoga Journal got Chinese version today. $30. Icy of Myoga is the cover girl. after read, found that Eng version is more interesting. but it's good to know there's a Chinese magazine abt yoga in hk. u can buy to see see ar~!

bought it last week lu, not too informative, um.... the cover girl do the pose not fully correct, she should not sit on her left foot.....
