Oh, dear! Then try the yogurt mask only and do get the RIGHT kind of yogurt for your skin type.
For sensitive skin, try to get Greek Yogurt 2% fat as some people may be more prone to acne with full fat.
Read the labeling such as (from the Greek yogurt I bought in Australia):
- Contains probiotics
- free from cane sugar
- free from gluten, starches, stabilizers and gelatines
- no use of pesticides, herbicides and growth hormones
- biodynamic/organic milk
Another possibility is that you have quite a lot of clogged pores (喑粒) underneath the skin and yogurt is flushing them out. Once the pores are clear, the skin will heal up quickly
