我同意香港僱傭法例一D唔保障我哋呢D請外傭嘅僱主，我知有D僱主真係好衰格，但有好多外傭都好不知所謂。

我都有受過工人D衰格野，奈何肉參喺佢手上，鬧佢鬧得太盡，又驚佢報復喺肉參度，佢明明做錯嘢，又唔鬧得！

要我同傳媒講都無所謂，因為我唔係老作嘛！

我剛剛16/02/08抄咗個賤菲

,因為她無理會(差不多是虐兒)我女兒.我女兒只得3歲9個月,她在上星期六為女兒洗澡後只是和她在房內玩耍而沒有為她穿衣服

(我先生在家但沒有為意因她們經常洗澡後在房內玩耍).直至大女告訴我先生,而我先生問她點解?

賤菲就發脾氣地說"是你細女不肯穿衣,不關我事"(當天還是寒冷

天氣警告).然後賤菲就帶大女出外上興趣班不理會我先生

.此時我先生看鐘已有45分鐘,細女還光禿禿在房內座在床上:-( (興幸是房內有暖風機)但也不夠温暖.我和先生決定抄

賤菲(因她05/10/07也犯過錯獨留小女在家而差點要報警).那我回家抄她時,發現她的行李篋和行李袋已準備好,所以不需10分鐘便已收拾好一切和簽收款項,整個過程也只是15分鐘.翌日鄰居的工人告訴我她老公有女人所以要回家,而今次事件是賤菲的agent教她的,因(1)可以激怒我,(2)可以回家睇賤夫,(3)可以有多D錢走.一舉三得,我聽後差點爆血管

. 各位我已去信入境事務署說明解僱及細明原因,但不知賤菲會否還在HK找工?所以如你們看見ALEJAGA, ANNABELLE VILLA, Passport No: MM0991285. 千奇唔好請她呀!小心!小心!我們是土生土長的香港人,但D法例一點兒也沒有保障我地D僱主:evil: .如果我們這班僱主是做生意有錢賺就應該保障工人,但我們要賺錢養家,而所賺的錢還要分比D工人和僱傭稅仲要受氣:-( .試問我們的保障在哪裏

? 香港政府

有否想過,假如我們這班僱主怕了D工人不敢工作,香港的經濟會如何呢?

Total agree,we need to feedback and flight

Dears,
Total agree, many maid have bad and poor attitude and performance , only we lost the time , money, heath and security of my family.
We need to feedback to government and flight more protection for us. Try to call 21159999 to Ms Lau this community (Ms Yip Lau Suk Yee) they will go to labour department on March to feedback and flight for us.

請各位繼續提供真實case,我們仍未放棄 - May I know what action will you plan to do???

I just write a complaint to the Immigration Department and request them to follow up on my bad maid and to blacklist her who borrowed loans from 2 finance companies and there are so many irritating calls to my home. I am very very angry.She came to my home for 3 months, lazy, not take care my 3 yrs old child, always talking over the phone and sending SMS(she has 4 mobile phones!!!), poor attitides and now even borrowing. I asked the Immigration how to deal with these kind of bad maids, will they let them come again and harm other tax payers???

I also request them to review the existing Dh policy and requested them to give me a written reply. I doubt why the Philippines Consulate in Hk has an employers' blacklist but we have not. I strongly request them to create some kind of mechanism so that we, the employers, can check if the maids record is clean or not before we employ them. Here below is my letter. If you support this, please also write to the Immigration Department.

I refer to my letter to you yesterday regarding the captioned Philippino DH, who borrowed loans from her friends and the loan/finance companies, which bother us so much by many irritating phone calls and letters from her friends and the loan companies in these 2 weeks, no matter day time or night time. I had reported this case to the police yesterday night and the report number is XXXXXXX.

I am requesting your Department to file this case with serious concern and remind potential employers of this problem. I do not want other HK taxpayers like me would suffer the same!

I would like to know, in case these kinds of complaints/cases happen, or in case some employers write to your Department complaining the poor conduct of their foreign DHs, how would your Department handle? The singer Jackie Chan’s case shows us that the Philippines Consulate did put the HK employers into the blacklist if the foreign DH complained the employers to the Consulate. Then how about our side??? Any actions would be taken towards this??? Is there any foreign DH watch list/blacklist to protect the HK tax payers? We really suffer a lot from those bad foreign DH in terms of money, time and mentally. We pay a lot of taxes to the Government every year, including those taxes for the foreign DH, but why nothing was done by the Government/Immigration Department for the foreign DH employers in this regard??? Do you think your Department requires to review the DH policy right away, instead of using the old policy until now??? I strongly request that your Department should use some of our foreign DH tax paid to the Government to set up something like foreign DH Employers Committee/Association or by using some mechanism to inform the potential employers of those bad foreign DH, or like the Philippines Consulate to have a blacklist for her nationals! I believe your Department really needs to do something for the benefits of the foreign DH employers and tax payers!

Please refer my request/comment to the Director of Immigration/senior management as appropriate. I strongly believe that I have made a request which many foreign DH employers in Hong Kong may have asked before or want to ask! Your reply is highly appreciated.

Dears,

We really need to spread out and flight to our Government . exisitng law was ONLY protect the maid , not employer, lost our time and money and health . So pls call 21159999 ms Lau ( this community is under Ms Yip Lau Shuk Yee) they will have a meeting with labour deaprtment on Mar.

我星期日個工人會last day...佢之前話明佢自己resign..有日突然同我講解僱佢要比一個月人工佢, 又話唔係會是旦揾個理由去labour dept 告我...可惜我手慢同太shocked無諗過要take video, 唔係就record 低link 上net 比人睇...我果日就係阿仔interest class學校比左一個月notice 佢...佢唔肯sign...我take 埋video 同揾埋人做witness...係個video 到佢重叫我比個chance 佢..."wow, 你一次又一次咁用暈來要脅我, 我都忍你"而家我重信呀...

佢話有人請佢bor...我都唔理得佢...不過各位小心小心d 唔完約既工人...

續: 上回講到個工人星期日last day...尋晚又發神經, 終於佢話要我比give her one month's salary for termination...又話放左假無放過(but, she has signed on the holidays' sheet)...又話佢無sign the letter of notice of confirmation, 唔算數...ha..咁又周圍同人講自己比人fried 左...同agent 講左我sat 放假去佢到signed the last pay and everything...佢巔完話好, 我都同佢講明唔岩叫佢report 比labour dept, 我無做錯...你唔認我只好同你係labour dept settled.

今朝佢無話我知就call左police...ok, 3 位police 來到, 我唔知mug 事, 咁佢話比police知my employer fired me...I told the police, 係呀, 我fried 左佢, 比左one month's notice, 等陣去agent 到settle...佢巔到同d police 講, I must have the reference letter and the one more month's salary before go down...d police 無乎, 我地唔做witness bor...我問隻工人, 我地一早講好係agent 到settle and sign everything, I insisted I must sign in front of your agent...u have too many lies already...I need witness...佢話, 唔想sign in front of agent...I asked her "why?because you are afraid others know u're lying?"...我call 個agent, 佢唔肯同agent 講...

d police 問我點, 佢call police 叫佢去police station lor...d police 話我地唔會同佢去...我called 歧緊工既hubby, "咁都terminate 左佢lor, 佢唔肯走, 我地先應該call police...有mug 都話去labour dept lor..."最终, 佢lor 出一早packed 好既行理走出來, 我抱住女女,同婆婆仔仔仔...同3位police送miss JENNY 出門口...臨走前, 我同TROUBLE JENNY "anything for yourself missing, if no, never come to my home again...otherwise, i will call police.."我把一早PREPARE 左有MISS JENNY'S PHOTO MEMO 比埋MGT OFFICE話佢地知我地已FIRED SUCH MAID, IF SHE HAS ANY PROBLEM, I INSISTED GO TO LABOUR DEPT...

我去到agent 到show her the video i has taken at home...she said, "you no need to entertain her." ok...then, finally...miss TROUBLE JENNY arrived...I have asked the agent to calculate all these a few days ago...and ordered the ticket...我同agent 講.,"you handle, if not sign...ask her to go to labour dept"...i hv done all my responsiblities...why i need to be afraid of such maid.. finally, she signed everything and take the salary and ticket lor..個agent 話ms JENNY'S cousin help her to find another employer bor...huh, wish the new employer good luck..ms JENNY 好識PRAISE 人架...at the vy beginning, 我D friend 來...:" wow, mum...all your friends are so trendy"...好煩呀...重成日讚我:"mum, you are beautiful.."有mug 用呀, 做野啦...有多dd事做就向我地發皮四, 一唔係就扮可憐係咁"cry"...

我阿嫂講得岩...miss JENNY諗住call police , 多數人怕事會比$$佢走, 偏偏遇著我呢d 只講理既人...佢就搶唔到果一個月人工lor..

Sorry I can't type Chinese, so, please excuse my English here:
I want to let everyone know this, be careful if you see a helper who claimed that she was terminated and because her employer
kicked her.

As police is now waiting for legal advice, I can't talk much here, but you will sure to hear from me when the case is over.

So, if you see an Indonesian helper, her age on ID card is born in
1985, her name is IsXXna. Be careful because she has a bad heart and she lies. She looks like she's always so scared of everything,
she shows herself to be very obedient, clean things very well, very
hardworking, but if you want to fire her, everything changes.

She has a really really really bad heart. Be careful. She has got her visa extended recently, meaning, she has not found a new
employer yet. I don't know what she is doing, but I am angry at the
fact that they can stay here and work. They shouldn't be able to
work when they are suing their employer.

I'm sad broken hearted and stressed. If I were not a Christian, I
think I would collapse!

Hopefully I can tell the whole story to you all soon.
Poor employer.

Must action to flight for our employer benefit

Dears,

Thanks for your work to due with the labour department. I think we need find some more community to expend this cases to flight more and protect our employer .
Mainly to flight the below point :
1) if the maid change another employer or not go back to her orignal country, no need to provide the air tickects. Such as Singapore law( if themaid resign by herself or terminate by employer but still stay at this country and find another employer NO NEED TO PROVIDE THE TICKECT TO MAID)
2)No need to paid HK$400 tax to government
3) Have proatbation period for the maid

Hope we can flight more and protect us, since we are not rich but we really need a maid to help for some family to take care baby, old people and disable people.

我個 bunbun 4月5日 last day, 佢揾到去 Canada 既工, 4月6日直接去 Canada, 我個case 宜家都喺要俾 $1000 機票$, 唸落又好似唔係咁fair!! 可唔可以唔俾呢?

要同工人打官司!!!

我朋友係單親媽媽,因為要返工搵錢養個未滿二歲的兒子所以請左個印印,後來佢對呢個印印的工作及處事態度極之不滿,因此決定炒左個工人.炒工人當日的早上,我朋友又再次為左個工人的個人清潔習慣及工人的個人態度不滿，以及工人一早起身完全無意識去做野及照顧小孩,導致我朋友很激動地叫左個工人執好晒的個人物品,趕個工人去Agent公司門口等Agent開門,唸住等Agent公司開左門才一同處理炒工人事宜.點知個工人一路無係Agent 公司出現,到下午四點左右,我朋友決定報警,後來個工人又出現返係Agent公司,仲攞左張醫生紙話我朋友無理炒佢,仲係佢放sick leave的時候炒佢.個工人攞個張醫生紙係係QE急症睇醫生,但我朋友住係將軍澳,將軍澳有醫院佢唔去,去到QE咁遠.....最重要係個工人無同我朋友講過佢有病.我朋友因為呢個工人要同佢打官司,想問吓大家意見,對呢單官司有什麼睇法?

另外,我朋友覺得佢個工人咁做咁多野出黎,好似好想留係香港,因為佢已經被炒,又無工開,但仍然有錢比入境處renew張visa,所以我朋友驚個工人會趁係香港的呢段時間搵外快或者找新僱主,她好想將個衰工人的資料post上黎,但係咪有限制?請指教!

i'm new here and would like to know if a helper could apply for a job in other countries while she have not completed her contract with us? pls help....she had give her passport to the agency, and paid for the fee, she's only waiting for visa and we are helpless

Need to go to Claims Adjudication Board in May

Don't hire the Ind. maid call Yanti. She just left at end of Mar ... only worked for 7 months. She will be sick if she is unhappy ... dazed in front of you ... then, many, many things ... cannot say too much!

She is not so bad in working. (I think we cannot expect too high because of their education and culture) But she will be dazed according to her happiness and she borrowed money ... then, you know ... never-ended phone callsand letters ... then, we brought her to agent to settle. She agreed to go there but ran away when arrived the agent office.

We had gone to labor dept ... some issues are settled but she still claims us for the salaries for remaining days. Then, we need to go to the court.

The main problem to us is that ... actually, my maid is not so smart as some maids shown here, but there is a Migrant Workers Society behind her. When we were in labor dept, she needed to consult it by cell phone before replying any question. But I am not sure they help this kind of maids with blind or they are having the same mind to hazard to our society. If they want to help them, at least, they should contact me to understand the situation before making any judgement. They are inside St. John's Cathedral in Central.
