女兒在仁安e院打所有針, 1歲時, 我問咗e生好耐, 我囡囡有濕疹, 吃egg沒有大問題,只是濕疹仍存在.....
e生話, 除非佢食完egg之後,有反應,先耍轉針.所以我冇轉.

打完OK , 無事,亦無燒. 只是倦点.

謝謝你zeozeoiou, 順便問下你會否試下vileung介紹的cream? 呢隻cream唔似david隻cream咁, 聽其他媽咪用過後話, 唔笠, 好滑, 一定啱你囡囡, 搽左感覺好似無搽野咁, 佢實唔會抗拒!

我都希望你可以揾到一隻囡囡鐘意而又令佢皮膚潤d滑d的cream, 當然最重要是你唔駛再煩點樣勸服佢搽cream,係咪!!!!

我BB已经一岁, 礼拜六去Baptist Hospital 打一岁针, 我都想知道有无无蛋白敏感针. Baptist Hopital 门疹, 打电话成个早上都无人听, 有无妈妈打过无敏感针, 是否真的无敏?有发烧吗?

Can I please order 2 more calendula creams. I have used it on may baby for 4 days now and it seems to be working. Thanks for the recommendation!

Dear all,

I am using flax oil on my baby at the same time. The pharmist said I can use 3 teaspoons of flax oil on a 12 month old baby but I am not sure if baby's liver can stand it???

Has anyone used flax oil before and what is your experience??

I have been to the seminar on Wed night. The speaker is a GP rather than specialist this time. And he seems to know about the discussion here also, as he mention there are discussion of using 金銀花 to relieve the itchiness of eczema in those baby forum.

The seminar is from a GP and family doctor perspective rather than a specialist perspective to discuss eczema.

A few points being raised or emphasized in the seminar:
(1) Elidel and Protopic are strongly encouraged to be used for child of over 2 years old, as these cream and ointment will affect 免疫力. Since research has not been done for very young babies and pregnant mothers, the doctor advise we should follow the 藥廠 instruction.
(2) Don't afraid of using 類固醇 as long as you are using it correctly and according to your doctor's instruction. 類固醇 has been using for over 50 years in curing eczema and results are good. Even oral intake of 類固醇 will be safe if it's under doctors' advice.
(3) There have been research carried out in foreign countries that if a pregnant mother stop eating all kinds of nuts during their pregnant period, and stop drinking milk and eating egg during the last 3 months before delivery, it can reduce the chances of eczema.
(4) Blood test is not that reliable, and hence not all doctors would recommend blood test. Even if it found to be allergic of egg and milk during the blood test, the baby would be free from that after taking the same kind of thing for 2 to 3 years, as they will be adapting to it.
(5) There is no concrete evidence that 人奶 or soya milk would reduce 濕疹翻黎
(6) Cream with Vitamin E doesn't mean it's better than that of not having it. The doctor advise using emulsifying ointment or acqeous cream should be enough to moisture the eczema babies. Of course if you have more money to spend, you can buy something better, but he is not highly recommended to buy those with any additional components.
(7) He recommended to do a food diary for the patients. If there is any special effect after taking in any food, note it down and inform your doctor accordingly, as this can help the doctor to prescribe.

That's all that I could remember.

There are some new researches on new methods to cure eczema, but hasn't been proved yet. If you want to know the name, I can get back to the notes and share the info here.

Sorry, I can only type English at work.

Here is something about Elomet I want to share with you. I brought my 8mths old daughter to a Paed. doctor at Caritas Hospital (he is my husband's friend), he suggested us to put Elomet only on baby's arm and legs area during acute situation (i.e. very red, warm, itchy rashes). He told us this is a stronger steroid cream that we only need to apply once a day after bath (but must put aqueous cream on baby's skin after bath first and wait for 10 minutes before applying this steriod cream). Use it for few days or until all redness disappear. Then go back to use aqueous cream to mositurize the skin. According to him, the regular 1% unicort is not enough to penetrates to thicker skin areas like arms and legs. He asked us to use 1% unicort on rashes that was found on face and neck area where the skin is thin. He told us it's very important to have the emollient (e.g. aqueous cream) 10 mins before steriod cream (both 1% unicort or Elomet) because skin can absorb the steriod better with emollient.

We bought Elomet from drugstore and I tried what he suggested on my baby girl. All her rashes on arms and legs are gone after 3 days application of Elomet (applied only once a day after bath). Now I only keep mositurize her skin with aqueous cream.

I'm the mother who met machama at the Kwun Tong Chinese doctor. She knows how desperate I'm with my baby's eczema.:-( I almost brought her to see a Chinese doctor in Yuen Long but since she is coughing and still has the running nose, I've not yet give her the Chinese medicine. I'm glad that the Elomet can help her get a cure (although only for now) after all these months of itchiness (she got eczema since 1 mth old). My husband, my maid and I said she can finally wear skirt. She doesn't scratch her legs anymore.

I can't wait to share this information with you all. At least now, I have an option to put her on Chinese medicine later. My elder daugter (5.5 yrs old) also has eczema since 1 mth old and finally get a cure after I put her on Chinese medicine from 1.5 yrs old (on and off for 1 yr). Unfortunately, she now has nasal allergy and catch cold easily. She is always on antibiotics and must visit ENT specialist (ie. Ear Nose Throat) all the times.:-| Therefore, we must take very good care of our ecezma child because it will change to any kinds of allergy when the baby gets older (like asthma).

Add oil!! all moms !!

Hi tpy,

我翻查記錄後

細孖打完一歲針後的一星期左右，手及腳亦有出少許濕疹，但不多，及後亦沒有擴散，他的濕疹在兩歲起才“大發”出來。

他是在母嬰健康院打針的。

原來個主講醫生都有提及用金銀花, 咁佢有對呢種方法有無意見?

我都想試下California Baby Calendula Cream 可否幫我訂購.

另我想知California Baby Calming Botanical Moisturizing Cream 和 Calendula cream 有何分別.

囡囡皮膚乾, 成曰痕, knee及脚仔一撻紅,但無出水或紅点. 平日都'ar'損, 亦唔知点解佢一無聊就話身痕,

Hi vileung & all,

細孖用了calendula cream已差不多兩星期，但第二樽也差不多用完，因為好好用，搽落好滑、好爽，最重要係有效，之前兩星期很熱時，每天他放學後也會發現背部有些類似熱痱的紅粒，唔係好痕，但沖涼後搽calendula cream，好快退紅；另外現在他的patpat最易出濕疹，瞓覺時好痕，一搽就止痕，暫時我覺得很好。

I still breastfeed my daughter too. My case is she still wakes up 2-3 times a night for milk and b4 going to bed (she sleeps after11:30) she just keeps on asking for milk. She will not stop crying (even if I hold her) unless I nurse her. So I'm always exhausted during night time(esp. when my husband is not around most of the time).

Have you heard of a brand called Dermamed? I remember that you have mentioned a brand called DermaVeen before, right?
Anyway, my son is using Dermamed healing cream for infant. It's my cousin who is from Toronto who bought them for him. It's a very good lotion; however, I am not quite sure if they accept overseas orders. ... I hope that my cousin would continue to be my supplier of this cream.

One more thing to add is that the doctor comments that the potent level of Elomet and Protopic is the same.
