$688 X 18mths (+6 free mths) with 12 instalment.
$499 handling fee for instalment but manager give me back $400 park'n shop cash voucher + Myoga crossover ReneeK T-shirt + Myoga yoga mat.

i requested for free locker & handling fee waiving instead but he said he couldn't do it. if he could do it, he would. i believe so cos the former sales didn't tell me abt the gift & handling fee. That sales just told me "if u join 2 years, i.e.$538 per mth". actually, now is $516 per mth but plus $499 handling charge.if u can afford to pay total amount in a time, it's no need to give $499.

so next time, no matter what course u want to bragain, just bargain with the most powerful one u can reach. and the manager is very patient & polite.

, 可能係個class 夜左, 少左好多人.

狗既行為易predictable, 係因為基本上主人同隻狗建立左一個leader-subordinate 既關係後, 好多野都好易train. 要建立呢個關係, 可以做幾樣野去建立, 而果幾樣野都唔難做. 我上過d 狗隻訓練班, 同埋睇過好多教狗既書, 來來去去都係果幾款strategies. 當然食野口味呢d 野就真係predict 唔到啦. 我隻狗以前都唔鍾意食野, 見我"不" 糧佢就走到九里遠. 但係閹左之後就好好胃口啦, 聽到我問"肚餓嘛?"已經好興奮.

咁又係既, 我見我個仔一做錯, 第一個反應就係"No" 左先 (似教狗呀). 我都記得學過唔可以講得太多"唔好", 但到實際應用時又成日唔記得左. 我要不停remind 自己先得.

點解我認為佢去 pg 要參與活動, 係因為我真係未見有一個小朋友會好似佢咁既表現. 我同佢去過三個pg 啦, 發覺佢都鍾意自己有自己玩... 有時走去牆角坐, 有時自己走左去窗邊望窗!

嬰園d 姑娘話我個樣唔夠惡呀, 所以就算發嬲變臉, 佢都唔覺得係咩一回事.

i can't pay full attention more than 45 mins in a course/movie/book/presentation. guess what will u do if u lose ur attention too? easy to help ur son. we use help, not teach, ok?

今日我去左intro flow+hatha2! (今個禮拜上左5堂，超額完成!)

今日狀態麻麻，成身唔係果度"yuen"就果度痛，好累...(唔知係咪放左5日工，一放鬆d累就黎...

一開始上intro flow做downdog...我好似有d鼻水倒轉流咁，塞住好辛苦...停左一陣先繼續...都猶豫緊好唔好繼續...不過上上下又冇咩野...後來都完成到兩堂...

上完堂覺得個人舒服左，冇再yuen同痛
