yup, how long is the contract u sign must depend on your own ability. it's the 1st assessment to urself before doing yoga.

hellora, if u really want to spend time for sthg, u surely can. it's important for u to keep an exercise even u r bearing a baby.u know why & when Almen Wong started practicing yoga? When she found herself pergenant, she wonder what kinda exercise she could keep doing coz she felt very uncomfortable as she was used to have lots exercise. She couldn't give up on it. At last, she found yoga & then till now.

of course everyone is diff but it's so pity if u give up on yoga coz flexibility loses quickly once u stop yoga. that's why i am looking for another yoga centre nervously these days.

for ur info:
one year contract688 mth + membership fee $688
3 mth package : $2288 (no membership fee required)

actually, i have 2 trail lessons before i decided to join.
manager gave me the 3nd leeon but i refused.

我意思係以前在我隻狗唔食飯時, 我都會覺得佢曳, 呢種行為係無得預測的, 日日都話佢好曳架日日都唔食飯, 係我既思想改變左, 細想下係我既方法唔"夾"佢, 一改再改為佢tailor-made個方法比佢, 佢先食飯咋, 你都識話你隻狗係閹左之後就好好胃口, 即係有野改變左啦, 係咪, 你而家用既方法"治"唔到你個仔, 真係有需要改良改良呀, 講多d事件比 bibi聽, 佢係專家, 會比到個方法你

我而家心裡唔會再用曳黎諗我d仔仔囡囡, 唔地唔聽話, 一定係有野佢地唔鐘意, 我既責任係要觀察佢地唔聽我講既原因, 到底係咪我用大人既要求去對應佢地bb仔既心態呢

i can't pay full attention more than 45 mins in a course/movie/book/presentation. guess what will u do if u lose ur attention too? easy to help ur son. we use help, not teach, ok?

waht bra shop? i need a good bra shop too. in C-bay?
u wore a smaller size all along?

i got attention & learning problem too, i can't concentrate for 1.5 hours, the first & second lesson of driving programme, too many new things to learn, understand and remember, i can learn 10% only, poor me :-(

heheee......... i need this course too. it's not easy ga.
not only suit/follow the course.
just like yoga, u need to do it rightly, not only copy the postures. first of all, u need to change ur character/inner. thus, u would be easy to follow the instruction. are u willing? i don't!

15 Minute Yoga Warm-Up for Meditation.



1. Butterfly Pose (Fatingasana)

Time: 2 to 3 minutes

Butterfly pose. Sit on the floor bend the knees and bring the soles of the feet together. Place the arms between the legs using the hands to grip the feet. Bring the heels in as close to the body as is possible. Bounce the legs on the floor for two to three minutes. Become a butterly gathering nectar in a beautiful field. Butterlfy stimulates kundalini and stretches the pelvic area .



2. Spinal Flex (Camel Ride)

Time: 2 to 3 minutes

Start in rock pose sitting on the heels with hands on the thighs, the spine is straight, chin tucked in.. If you cannot sit in the rock pose sit tall in easy pose with the legs crossed

Spinal flex helps to bring flexibility to the spine and creates tapa that activates, energizes and moves Kundalini. The head and shoulders should remain fairly stable. The flex should be concentrated at the 3rd lumbar vertebrae of the spine and in vagrassan at the 4th vertebrae. Spinal flexes help to increase the spine's flexibility and are excellent warm-up exercises for yoga poses such as shoulder stand and cobra pose.



3. Cat Cow (Bilikasana)

Time 2 to 3 minutes

This exercise has two parts and is done on the hands and knees. Start on the knees and hands. Inhale as you flex the spine down and bring the head up. like a contented cow (cow pose). Exhale and flex the spine up with the head down to the neck (keeping the arms straight) and become an angry cat(cat pose). Cat pose massages the kidneys and removes uric waste. It makes the spine flexible and firms the stomach muscles.



4.Baby Pose (Vajrasana)

Time: 2 to 3 minutes.

Sit on the heels with the knees spead far apart. Bring the forehead to the ground. Rest the palms of the hand on the soles of the feet. This posture frequently follows poses that flex the spine backwards. It aids the bloodflow. Try to relax totally in this position. This exercise stimulates Ajna Chakra (the third eye) and cleans the eyes

我都知我個仔係恰我呀. 當然我係好錫佢啦, 但係我唔係佢要乜我一定比佢, 我都會同佢set boundary, 亦會堅持, 只不過佢真係唔怕我架囉, 不斷咁試我個底線. 我老公會打佢, 佢真係怕我老公多d, 但我唔buy 呢個方法.

我唔響度時佢其實都係差唔多, 例如我唔響香港果幾日, 佢都係食野食得唔好, 脾四都照發, 佢真係響嬰院先比較聽話, 姑娘話佢都會發脾四, 但唔算好密.

我係著細左2 個cup 呀... 不過我個情況特殊, 兩邊size 差一個cup size , 好難買到最good fit 既.

老闆娘提醒我, 平時去廁所都要養成一個習慣, 就係將d 肉撥返去個bra 入面.

佢響pg 時四周遊蕩, 我初初都會搵d 野 attract 佢返返去小朋友果度, 通常佢好快就會又走左去, 或者訓響地下唔郁, 佢咁樣會阻住其他人玩, 所以我就會抱走佢離開班房一陣. 我都知佢係唔鍾意留響一個enclosed area 入面太耐, 除非有好多玩具. 佢pat pat 好似有針吉咁, 成日都會行黎行去.

your son needs discipline re-training.

EQ can be triained too. it's important to correct it as early as possible. if every time he loses his temper he likes throwing things away. besides telling him not to do it, u have to give him another choice to release his temper. next time he throws things away, remind him to do the right action (such as teach him to say "no, pls don't do it, i am afraid") . keep asking him to do it again until he does it right.

it's behavioral therapy. behavior can change emotion & thinking. bear in mind, it's not a short term course. it's life term.

don't hug him back immediately after u scold him. but u can give him positive regard by wording. appreciating him when he can do the right action instead of losing temper.

maybe you son is very intelligent. but a geniue also needs to hv good EQ. otherwise, u r wasting his talent. you son is full of sense of humor, right? using jokes to get his attention 1st & then tell him what shld do, what shldn't. he will easy to accept.
