Can eat now from reliable source, that means if you rinse yourself, it's ok to eat any qty. If you eat outside, say in buffet, eat as little as it could be.

No need to try one by one.

想問下尋日o係 1 歲生日會攞o個隻魚油丸, 係咪每日一粒 ?我係朝早煲定 2 餐粥的, 咁係唔係一粒一次過放落 d 粥度, 定係中午食時加半粒, 傍晚食時先再落埋o個半粒呢 ?

我都用左10分鐘來睇以前既post，搵唔番個食譜。

不過依稀記得我用一個new potato包鍚紙焗至熟，西蘭花一至兩戶朵烚熟切成茸。

薯仔開半後括出少少肉，西蘭花茸可混D芝士放在薯仔面，再焗熱就可以了。

一日一粒，不用分兩次，因為太細粒亦分唔到。

混入中午餐粥度食，也可在早餐麥片中一齊吃。

u mean mix fish oil with water or feed fish oil directly and feed water afterwards?

I guess neither way is good cos the oil is not easy to accept by baby, better mix in with some food she used to eat.
