Eventhough you didn't have time to wait... did you complain to the manager??? If it were me, I will lor, let him know that ma! Maybe he will give you a big & yummy dessert le.
Long time ago, we have a similar case here in 1 of Taikoo restaurants, the food didn't come in 45 mins lor, not just our table, but the whole restaurant complained lor, then we never go to that restaurant again and then finally it closed down as well lor. Hahaha! Customer services is really important lor!
