i don't think so lu, i enjoy practising some soft class and practise using Ujjayi breathing for the whole lesson, once i train up using it automatically i will try ashtanga....

dear all,

will not always online during office hr from now on coz some power struggle in office. but will still miss u all.

tonite will go my 1st official class in Myoga.
will try flow by Yoga Works. will report tonite.

the mum totally followed the instructor & instructions. she totally believed the method. she didn't doubt me, her self & her son & daughter. She believed the boy could change according to behavioral theory. it's important. she paid 101% effort. let the boy had progression very very quick!
