Actually it's not so cold in the beach. We went to Deep Water Bay at around 3:00pm. My sister said some babies may get a little bit runny nose after they swim, but it's normal for the baby. It dosen't matter. Dou Dou is ok and didn't got any runny nose afterward. But remember, when your baby leave the water, you must use a big towel to cover her/him immediately. Under the sunshine, it's not so easy to be 凍親.
It's good for babies start to play in the beach (both on the sand and in the sea) when they are small. They will not scare when the grow up. My sister's friend's son, he is 1.5 years old now, he's really afraid of the sea and the sand. He is not willing to stand and walk on the sand. It is because that's the second time he go to the beach. We tried to bring him to play in the sea with Dou Dou and my sister's daughter, but not success. He cried loudly.
