fa one more option I can think of is that melt butter for skin first instead of rub in then you can make it half way between cookie diugh vs traditional dough

唔同一般月餅皮咁厚&硬，不過我唔知叫咩皮喎，好軟身用刀輕輕切已經ok。我通常preheat左焗爐放入去整番熱才食，soooo good。
