焞 orange

1. cut the head of the orange (including a little bit of orange 'yuk')
2. use two 牙簽 to put the head of the orange back
3. put the orange on a plate and put another plate on top of the orange to prevent any vapour flowing inside the orange
4. 焞 the orange for 15 min
5. eat it while the orange is still hot

My parents introduce this formula to many ppl and it works well to most of them.
