I have a few things to add
Updating:
TAKE
1. Evening Primrose oil or Star Flower oil tabs (up til ov)
2. B12 (up to ov) **
3. Folic Acid ** - in ireland it is recommended to take 400mcg daily however higher doses are recommeded in the US during the 2ww and for the first tri-mester of when you should be taking a minimum of 600-800mcg
4. Carrots
5. Fresh Pinapple (during the 2ww for implanation)
6. Vitamin B6 **
7. Agnus Castus (avoid if you have regular cycles as it can throw your cycle off totally)
8. Plenty of water or good fluids (not caffeine or carbonated drinks) to aid fertile CM (minimum 1.5-2 litres daily)

** take vitamin B Complex rather than taking individual B vitamins. and it can be taken all cycle long. If necessary you can take additional B6 & 12 but you need to take the complex because it contains all the B vitamins and they need each other for proper absorbsion.
AVOID
1. Reduce caffeine intake
2. Vitamin A during 2ww (ie anything with Added vitamin A such as vitamins / food / milk / other beverages enriched with vitamin A and offal such as liver including pate which has huge doses of vitamin A. Other foods such as carrots are fine unless you eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner everyday )
3. Alcohol during 2ww
4. Orange (and other citrus) Juice on the run up to Ov as it can dry EWCM
5. Carbonated drinks |
