2. 申請新工人方面不大順利,因第一個不接job, 又要再選一個, 一來一回阻了差不多一個月時間, 但我只可在農曆年有時間大假放, 上星期(即12月5日) agent才把文件send去領事館,請問幾時才會出到ref. no? 出了ref. no後我自己寫加快信,還是agent出信?
如果我細女有哮喘病,我又要工作,先生長駐國內工作,沒有親人協助,工人近來又有自言自語情況(好似suspected mental illness ),加上佢本身甲狀腺有病,工人健康及精神狀況not fit for work and nobody take care the children 這個理由, 可以申請加快嗎? 即使加快,有無可能1月尾到hk? 加怏信以中文or英文寫? Fax 去嗎?
3. 2-3月期間又有農曆新年,又有復活節假很難book機位, 而我又不知新工人幾時到,炒佢時係咪俾cash佢自己攪掂好d? 如何定俾幾多錢佢?要print out quotation嗎? $2000夠唔夠? 另外, 即炒後她可留港14天的日子,如佢住boarding house的費用要唔要我俾呢?
We have renewed contract with our maid for another two years this July. As her family has high hope to her (in terms of money) for returning Phil. on the first vacation, she feels pressured and would like to stay Hong Kong instead. My question is : if she wants and we feel OK, could we compensate her two-weeks vacation with money so she could keep working for us? Does she need to leave Hong Kong so to get the visa? Could she take a day trip to Macau to fulfill this? Thanks!!
I called the agent again. They said they will mail the green contract which written my address to the maid after or the visa nearly get apporved for her to do some exam or whatever in Philippines. Is it true & this will not cause a delay on the process? The new maid arleady worked in HK 8 years before. Thanks.

Impossible! Because she must have the sealed contract for apply the exam and all the documents requested by Philippines Labour Dept before her come to HK. BTW you need to send her ASAP if not, you will delay her processing.
Sorry for late the reply, I'm very busy during this week because the Philippines' X'mas holidays coming soon, I need to rush all the processing & deployment before they closed.
