My b has the similar problem as yours. She'll "wake up" and sleep back on and off everyday since 4am, making some sound or stretching, which will wake me up as well. But she seldom cry and not asking for milk. Sometimes when I carry her up, she falls into asleep quickly. She cannot sleep tight easily (that's why she wake up easily I suspect) and when I put her back, she'll wake up again easily. Can't really sleep well and enough these days.
Regarding the nose problem. Since my b sometimes vomit via the nose and it makes her nose blocked. My doctor teaches me to wet a cotton bud with hot water, and then "了" the front part of her nose, when she breathe, the steam of the hot water can soften the nose 屎 which can be taken out easily.
But you have to be very very careful, press her arm when you do it so that she won't move and hurt her accidentally. I prefer to do it after milk, cos she feel happier that time and won't cry so hard. You can consult your doctor if you are scared. [/quote]

my b is just like an alarm ?-( ?-( ?-( and my bunbun will wake up (later than me??? for sometimes) to pick up bb... and give him milk milk...
but most likely I must wake up twice in one night!!!...
also my bb has lots of nose 屎 and I use very fine cotton bud to 了 it... but of coz very careful laaa... otherwise he breathe not smoot loh!!!
