以我部 5百萬像素既相機黎計, 一張相都只少要 2-3mb, 有D相仲去到5mb tim, 如果其他攝影師係用 D-SLR 既話, 一張相都過 10mb 架; 同埋當日一定會影好多相, 所以每個家庭都可能要幾張 CD 至可以放晒所有相呀...

但係如果燒 DVD, 又驚唔係每個家庭都有 DVD Rom, 真頭痛 ?-(

我問過我o的朋友了, 佢地個個都會用digital, 唔會用菲林果種相機, 佢地會整好哂燒返隻碟比我!!
至於 jollydophin 講話燒碟, 其實每個家庭除咗可能要燒幾隻之外(好大量既碟), 仲有另外一個問題, 未必每個人願意公開個屋企地址( 因為要寄幾隻碟給每個家庭, 咁就一定要知哂o的地址)!!!
希望大家再諗o下有什麼更好既辨法了!! ?-( ?-( ?-(

For distribution, can we use the method we used earlier for distributing the PoohPooh CDs? I.e. set a date/time at places like MTRC station, and collect it from there?

Thanks!! We also have HA's sister who could be our receptionist, I guess 2 is GREAT, as this could help to make the progress faster at the peak moment (2:30pm) when many families approaching the reception.

Do you think you have free hand to take care of your bb at the same time?

Agree, for burning CD, the trouble is at upfront to burn the CDs, but after that, it is very convenient to dig out the pictures and take the CDs to develop photo.

If we upload the photos to ftpserver and ask all mums to download from the ftpserver, the trouble will be more -- i.e. upfront for uploading all photos to the ftpserver, then, the ftpserver needs to be turning on for long period of time, then, each mum needs to download the pictures one by one.

I also 贊成燒碟, and this could be served as our 紀念 item. Then, we could upload the pictures to imagestation or ftpserver for viewing purpose, and we will have the CDs for photo development and storage purpose. Is this OK for all mums?

Sorry that I missed your question early on. I think it will be cheaper if we handle the simple decoration by ourselves. Checked with Cafe and we could arrive 1/2 hr earlier (at around 2pm) to start decorating.

I think when BBs are getting older and when they know what is decoration and can enjoy the decoration, then, we could spend more time/effort in planning this in the later birthday parties (e.g. 2nd/3rd/4th... years old birthday party).

有關photo-coupon及name-tag我有以下提議, 大家睇下好唔好或有更好提議:
(1) 編定每個家庭的影相時段 及編定由那位攝影師負責
(2) 每位攝影師的name-tag用不同的顏色紙印制, 方便辨認
(3) 如參加印模項目的家庭就唔好安排3:15-4:00pm (45min)拍攝家庭照

生日蛋糕
Plan Description: 預計須要8個8”-10”大的生日蛋糕, 分開8組, 每組12位大人。請懂得做蛋糕的媽咪幫手。

派對照片
Plan Description: 邀請5-6位攝影機幫手, 每個家庭出示”影相券”後, 會有8-10分鐘任影時段。 若以全部家庭計算此項安排需約2小時, 餘下1小時就用作集體合照
及攝影師進餐時段。 所有原大少的相片將於生日會結束後上載到ftpserver。 If we have 5 camera-men, the buffet cost for them is about $55*5=275. If we have 100 participants, we could share this cost, and each will need to pay $275/100 = $2.75 extra for the photo service. Is it OK with all mums?

安排集體遊戲或跳舞項目
Plan Description:
- I am asking my friend, who has joined a 6-month play group, to share us what kind of games can be played with 6 months
- Group Dance - We could plan some dancing musics and do the dancing with babies, e.g. Head-Shoulder-Knees-and-Toes

<全場最??>選舉
Plan Description: We will define 3個 全場最?? for 選舉 and announce the themes at the beginning of the party. We will distribute 3 colored voting papers to mums/dads at reception at the beginning. We will setup 3 boxes putting at the stage for people to vote for the 3 themes. The voting deadline is around 3:45pm, and we will count the votes from 3:45-4:00pm. At 4:00pm, we will announce the winners of the 3 themes and ask the winning BBs to come to the stage for a "cat-walk".

We need mums to lend us the mats and some other mums to help to pick up and clean the mats before the party

This is good, the only thing I can think of that might have some issues is: if we are in the middle of making the hand/footprint and it is our time for the photo time slot, how to handle this...??? ?-( ?-(
