I'd suggest to use the same design for all 4 groups, this makes control easier.

Wow... very good!!! Can we put bb's names and birthday (can be found from the filename) along each photo? Small and funny font will be great!! Thanks.
One minor comment - can we show the whole face without being covered by the edge? Now, seem some babies' faces are covered and cannot see that clear.... can the face be reduced size a little bit?
I have an old version of photoshop and still trying to remember how to use it. I may not have anything decent to show you before the deadline but will try my best. Sorry!

Please kindly help to add one name first and post here to let us see see, ok? Can you make 2 choices, one with all Chinese Name + English Name + Birthday, and the other design with only Chinese + English Name. Then, we could see the effect and pick the best out of the 2. OK? After we decide how to add the info, then, can you have all info added before SAT midnight and send the zip files to Maggie and me, and we will continue the later-part of the process. OK?

Thanks!! Things I need your hubby to help:
1. Make the face smaller such that we could see more of the face
2. Need to wait until Canny/Sonic is done with the adding names. BTW, will it be OK for your husband to add the 64 names/info? Or, would you prefer to wait for Canny/Sonic?
3. Once we are done with the middle part, I need your help to put all the 16 photos plus the midddle area into the stamp template (like the one that 0409 mam club posted earlier). I will need to print that whole page, mark the number and names, and fill in the authorization letter with the numbers, before I could send the order form as I need to post this to post-office as well.
4. I need another authorization letter from your hubby saying that the middle area design is done by him and he authorizes me to use it for stamp making. Where do you work, will it be possible for me to get the letter from you on Monday morning/lunch? (we can talk to confirm this step).
5. I will then need all the JPEG back for me to burn CD to be sent to post office....

my personal comment - I don't need the names to be that big and bold, I prefer to make it small and with all the info. I.e. English name in 1 line, Chinese name in 1 line and maybe birthday in 3rd line
And the center headline "My First Happy BIrthday" is too flatten this time, cannot stand out from the background...
