don't too push yourself, my case, 1st & 2nd weeks really not too much milk, so my mom prepared fish soup & soy bean milk for me, it was work! Try to let baby to suck frequently! & relax is most important!
好耐無上黎喇 最近忙緊請工人同既野! 上星期in左一間, 係最target個間, 但係in得唔好, 事關囝囝鬧情緒, 因為佢爸爸激嬲左佢囉! 0黎緊會0係11/11 in st. cat同13/11 in kentvill. in 左幾間大部份都在等結果, 今個禮拜會有兩間有消息, 希望得啦! 你地呢情況如何呀?

I've a question... last Sat, SKH asked me will I consider pm class? I said no as has other activities will be arranged for heib.. do you think is it OK? or I should answer ok to am or pm? (but I really don't want to choose pm...).
So all of you also need to think about it... do you mind pm class?.......

as rabbit said, don't give yourself too much pressure since this also affect your milk quantity. Drink more fish soup,章魚, water and soybean milk! If you have any question, call me at anytime! Take care!

Some of my friends said usually reply to teacher am/pm are OK. Just wait the results.....if pm, try to write letter to change am class, of course, when am have vacancies!
For me, I prefer am class since waiching gets up so early and am class should be more suitable for her!

my view is : if reply OK, then they'll put your name in pm class first... that mean's no chance in am class. Of course if answer am, maybe am & pm classes are no hope la..... so very difficult to make the choice.
