醫生說Rhinocort Aqua Nasal Spray, 這種有類固醇, 他可以早晚噴,每邊兩下?係咪keep住噴2mths?

我女兒快8yr了, 這一兩年斷斷續續咳. 之前在看了好多醫生, 都冇好轉, 後來一位九龍法國醫院醫生看了幾次, 最後吃了一個月藥(唔知什麼藥), 及用鹽水噴鼻才好. 今年天氣轉冷又開始了, 到現在個幾月都未好. 中西醫都唔得, 之前的那位醫生已不在醫院做了.

不過小女夜晚唔咳. 可以吃善古靈嗎? 謝謝.

亞仔since 5months就有哮喘，而家5歲/21kgs.
昨晚流鼻水鼻塞有cough少少(晚上8時食過Uni-fedra 5cc
& Brom-ramine 5cc，哮喘醫生開俾我看門口既)但至晚上一時發燒39度及發冷，帶去浸會醫生開左Actifed Syr 5cc
Uni-Ramine 5cc & Nurofen 5cc。今日鼻水少左及無塞但
cough多左好多有痰聲。請問可唔可以加返 Uni-Fedra 5cc
俾佢。(我已俾左Meptin早晚5cc)

Sure. Try Singulair 5mg before bed for 4 weeks. If coughing too severe, go and see Dr. Ma Kwok Chiu at Baptist Hospital. Or, I can recommend Doctor I know of in your vicitinty. Where do u live?, will PM U.

Ans.: No, since Uni-fedra has the same(overlapping) ingredient as Actifed. U may add Meptin that can dilate the airway and helf him breathing better.

(我已俾左Meptin早晚5cc)

before sleep, but not so work? Any sugguestions
for me, and how can I help him to breath better.
Last night cannot breath/use month more cough cannot sleep until 5am...Pls help...

Doctor told me before, Flixonase cannot use more
than 2 weeks must stop, that why every treatment
I only use upto 2 weeks.

He also instruct to give Afrin 2 times a day 1 puff but I tried once but each puff have a lot of medicine come out and will overflow to his month, my son dislike the taste of it and refuse to take it anymore.

Do you mean that I should use 2 DROPS instead of Puff?

I should use Flixonase at morning, Afrin at night,
Zyrtec & Actifed both or either one?

在將軍澳住了好幾年, 一直找不到合適的兒科醫生, 所以再次謝謝你的介紹. 今天小女吃 "善古靈", 一般來說此藥要吃多久才起藥效呢?

如果對小女的症狀有效, 那麼她是否屬氣管敏感或鼻敏感呢? 氣管敏感是否哮喘的前身?
