the stretching.. no need to do after the class immediately... say in the office or at home in a day is fine.. if lunch time class.. I'll do the simple stretching/massage in the office...just to relax your musle.

No ar... slim body.. when I did the areobic very often, also have a pair of 老鼠仔 on my legs! so stretching is very important!

唔好以為 master & syam 淨做yoga poses 就可以有而家個身型, 佢兩個另外做好多好多gym先會咁大隻, 做少d都keep唔到咁大隻

professor 周身都係肌肉, 不過唔似 master & syam 咁咁咁多........ sanjeev 就真係瘦, 無乜肌肉又無乜脂肪

大脾粗左可以係肌肉多左, 可以係脂肪多左, 又可以係水腫多左

agreed! I remember when I did the gym/areobic a few years ago, the instructor told me that after you did the gym/areobic, remember to stretch your legs/arms (to release the tight musle)... to keep it relax.. keep the musle not in a tight situation. do you understand what I'm talking about?

Syam/Master' bodies... because they do the Gym regular too to keep the shape I guess!

Kryoga... mainly focus on lower part... so you will feel tight thighs & arms... remember to stretch afterwards.. then should be no problem.


asana 係持久性用力, 每個動作都要hold 一陣, 唔同gym係爆炸性用力所以肌肉會好大, asana每堂最後幾個動作都係做stretching, 認真去做,和做savasana 時完完全全全身放鬆就ok

men can't compare with femal. it's not easy for a woman to build up muscle like men. u wish!
for inborn diff body structure, men got less fat & got much potein, it's easy to build up muscle.
don't worry gals! i studyed "physical fitness course"!
u will never have that mandom muscle if u keep doing stretching after exercise. if u do 負重exercise with slow movement & do it 5 times a week, i can't promise!

你就想,我以前skinny果時想build up little muscle at 二頭都唔知幾難.信我啦,記得拉gun無事架.我真係讀左體適能課程架...唉..

伸直成隻手向前,palm face up, and then only palm move to face forward , ok? now, all fingers shld point downward , plam & 前臂 shld have 90C like a number "7", right? feel stretch now? but not enough, use another hand to grap your fingers, pull it to ur body. hurt? very good! u do it right!

hold it for as long as u like, but at least 10 counts.

我放鬆垂低手時就睇唔到老鼠仔, 但接埋個elbow 就見到. 右手又比左手大舊.

男人黎講prof 身型最good fit. 有muscle 得黎又唔會好橫. sanjeev 我初初唔知佢都係instructor 黎架... 以為係d... "工作人員".

咁都好, 唔會咁易變成syam. 但變samantha 都唔好啦...

我上個星期睇明珠台, 話外國有d 勁depression 既人, 食左omega-3 後有明顯既好轉.

thigh muscle, 最長果條muscle, 係咪四頭肌?

係.
企好,左手伸開(for balancing).
右腳摺後,用右手at後面拉住foot,knee point to ground. hold. then swift to other side. 因為大肌肉.at least hold 1 min.
