北海道 ~ 我都好鍾意呢個地方. 真係好舒服好舒服. 不過我仲未有勇氣在冬天去, 因為我實在太怕凍, 而北海道又實在太太冷了.

我係暑假七月中的時候跟團去北海道玩的. 其實自遊行會玩得舒服d, 不過我攞唔到多假, 同埋好遲先confirm到放假的日子.
去旅行那時智程都ok唔係太扭計. 行程跟團對我來說冇咩問題. 亦好彩小朋友(touchwood)都冇話唔舒服. (不過我係帶晒私家水, baby food去的)

護照方面, 小朋友護照係五年的, 係百多元, 確實數目我唔記得. 申請護照需時15個工作天(即起碼3個星期

). 不過有打算去旅行的話, 早少少申請好過臨急怕趕唔切.
交表格方面選擇親身(帶埋小朋友)交, 可以網上預約時間. 又或者郵遞交, 攞passport時小朋友一定要show up一次, 等入境處職員見到小朋友.
攞form時記住攞埋一份叫ROP 3的form, 係for小朋友做身份證的.

Yes ah, will need to take day off lor, but only me lor, 'cos my colleague said only allow 1 parent ma, I won't ask my hubby to take any day off lu. As we will need to take BB for the annual heart check-up on the 8th and I prefer him to take day off that day instead lor.

係咪即係個心有雜音? 我記得大學時有個同學做health check醫生係話佢個心有雜音. 不過又話都冇咩問題.
你唔好唔開心啦! 相信只要年年檢查monitor住, 唔會有咩大問題的.

No, not 有雜音... the doctor said regular heart-beat should be 'bigbark, bigbark, bigbark', very regular. But BB is 'bigbark, bigbark, bigbigbarkbark, bigbarkbark, bigbigbark...' Yes, so far, he is fine and the doctor said it's fine too, but it's better to monitor wor... and hope that it will become better when he grows.

我想問, 醫生有冇話點解會有irregular heart beat的? 是心室, 心瓣的問題? 肌肉的問題? 還是什麼? 咁小朋友有irregular heart beat, 平時父母有咩要留意? (係呢, 你有冇向學校講話bb有呢個問題? 上次智程隻手脫臼, 我都唔記得同學校講. 係第一個星期我見到老師捉智程的手腕時, 我先醒起.

我估交form的deadline應該係跟據佢寄form俾你的日子吧?!

如果早d收到佢的form, 就早d deadline.
智程的form deadline好似係21號.

In fact, the doctor said it may because the heart is not well-developed yet as he is still small ma...

No wor, I didn't tell the school 'cos I don't want to scare them as the doctor said everything seems normal ga + BB is sleep-duck, eat-duck, play-duck, run-duck, so ok ga... but just because the doctor advises annual check-up ma.

In fact, you know what, this is why we are that 'appreciate' our family doctor lor, he found that out for us. It's not that easy to 'listen' and find it out ga.
