I am so happy today. I proposed to my boss that I would like to work part time in the future. She sounds ok with it. Hopefully, I can start working half day next year.

You will know soon. Ever since my son is born, I want to spend more more time with him. Now he learns so quickly that I think is a waste not to teach him more....

Yes, I think God has provided me with a very understanding boss. I go to the doctor's so often, almost every week, and she never says anything, as long as I get my job done.

When I had a miscarriage earlier this year, they even want to get somebody from London to come to HK to help me with my work.

No, I told her that my long term plan is to quit, but will be very happy and can work longer if I can work part time. I asked her if working part time is a viable option. She said she rather me work part time than quit, and she have to find and train someone else. She will think about it, and see how to work around.
