在太陽唔猛, 下午4-6點才去游咪得, 但記得立刻沖涼, 因泳池水有'綠'氣, 對濕疹不好.

crab螺絲粉是日本gerber出的樽裝baby food ($10), 樽裡面有蟹肉,螺絲粉,紅蘿蔔粒, 好好味的, 渟渟出街煲唔到粥仔, 會帶出街當一餐.

其實我時常都有上來, 但我好懶, 所以沒有寫嘢..清嵐現在時常要行, 佢仲要Turn Around真係好笑, 都未識行就要轉身, 攪到要100%睇實佢, 好鬼忙..但現在佢都係唔肯爬, 一放係地下就大哭..真係支持唔住呀...現在我比糊仔+菜(晚上)及粥+肉+菜佢食(中午), 但佢仍然愛飲人奶(最開心, 不停望住你餟)
