我今晚上咗堂dance,接住上堂hot twist,頭15mins直頭想放棄呀,一d平時做開口嘅twist posture都覺得好辛苦呀,幾希望呢1hr快d過... :-(

calm down, 其實由今年年頭開始, 間間都多左好多當興趣班 / 追潮流既人上堂, 當係運動已經算唔錯, 起碼唔會不停口係咁傾, 你上下d 唔係 for all 既堂應該會好d
