What a busy new year holiday for me!! Almost no rest and......back to work again.

On 1 Jan 05, as I mentioned before, my church people and I went to picnic (local tour), I also invited my 20 relatives to join the tour!!!!

Around 120 of us arrived 大埔海濱公園, the temp. there were only 3 degree + cold seawind.

I felt shaking even I had thick cloths.

Thanks God!!! The warm 太陽伯伯 came out and we enjoyed some games and a short 牧師講道. The view in the park was nice too.

Then we went to a 豆腐工場, we ate smooth smooth 豆腐花&豆漿, bought some 腐乳/豆卜/茶果, the hot 豆腐花&豆漿 gave us enengy to continue our tour. After that, we had 盆菜 at 八鄉, this tradition 盆菜 was the best taste 盆菜 I have ever tried.

Finally we visited 錦田鄉村俱樂部.

Even the temp. was so low, all my relatives and church people enjoyed a lot from this local tour. We hope this tour can bring our church people and relatives more close to God on the New Year.

我地係搵miss 幫我地私人開班, 咁miss (連租studio) 收$1100 一堂, 可以容納11 個mami, 我地搵到夠人, 所以每個mami 比$100 一堂(1.5hrs)......詳細你可以睇返我地6月mami yoga 個thread.

我都覺得平時幾悶呀, 日日返工望放工
放左工返到屋企無無聊聊又一日, 夜晚都係睇電視 or vcd
今個禮拜我又重左1磅啦, total 重左4磅
但係而家好快又肚餓, 我都怕體重都會直線上升
welcome my baby?
太早未有呀, 同埋我都未知係囝囝定囡囡
如果知道, 我諗我開始織下冷衫仔, 冷帽仔囉

Hi all,
好耐冇上o黎!
我呢幾日過得好慘!之前同你o地講話有便秘問題,
加上我太心急去toilet攪到迫爆o左肛門d微絲血管,
一日裡面可以無時無刻包括成晚都好急便,每次去toilet又去唔到,去親toilet都痛到喊,坐廁所坐到下半身超攰同痛,(之前已經坐骨痛開o架啦!)坐又唔舒服,瞓又冇得瞓,又好凍!幾日之後,我終於崩潰啦!半夜坐係廁所痛哭,叫老公佢又瞓緊聽唔到我叫佢,我越叫就越喊得犀利,終於叫醒老公,佢話陪我睇急症,所以前日半夜去o左浸會睇急症,醫生比o左粒類似甘油條功用o既藥比我"失",但好奇怪,都唔係變得好易去晒,不過都好少少,而家要每日飲藥水同埋停食維他命丸,急就忍到勁急先去,去親都係痛,但都去到d,至少有覺好瞓先,希望快d回復返正常啦!唔好意思,可能講得太核突,但都要提醒各位如果去唔到廁所,千其唔好勉強去!!
咁o岩呢幾日又咁凍,我真係唔舒服到有d抑鬱,成日諗幾時先可以好返,而家囡囡先得果四個月,之前就腰痛到行唔到,我真係唔知下次又有咩事發生,而家d牙肉又開始腫痛,真係鑊鑊新鮮鑊鑊甘,我覺得好驚呀!~仲有六個月,我真係唔知自己捱唔捱到...

me too . . . working in the office, waiting for leave.
leave back home, dinner, watch TV, movie, magazine, shower, then sleep.

4 lbs . . . similar to me wor. I also easily hungry, same same. after having a full breakfast (noodles, double eggs, toast/bread, milk tea), then hungry at 10-11pm . . . . will then eat a bread / sandwishes + milk again!! my colleagues always said 我有大食症!!

我7點出門口前食個包, 返到公司9點前又食個豐富早餐
11點幾又食包餅, 1點lunch 食飯都餓餓地
跟住4點又食件旦糕仔, 如果ot, 6點幾又食多包餅
都返屋企又一碗飯+生果
有時11點幾又餓, 不過睡魔戰勝左個肚, 哈哈

我呢幾日都腰骨痛, 都想喊架
諗起之前成日嘔, 都唔嘔啦, 又晚晚要起身搞到唔夠訓,
跟住而家又腰痛......
不過我知咁對bb 唔好, 所以叫自己堅強d囉
陀 bb 係辛苦架啦, 不過第二時有個人仔陪住你
乜都柢番啦, 努力呀

i guess Dr. know you are preg. he won't give me so strong pills to SUCK.

when i sucked last time, 5 days no ngng, after sucking, i expected many ngng out . . . but result is not, just 少少, like 1 - 2 days amt. i wonder where is the food gone? at least 3 meals a day, 5 days should be 15 meals la. right?

you should 捱到, many moms face similar problems la. . . they all can overcome. you should also ok ga!!

你仲有無羊半夜成日起身去shu shu 呀?
我呀媽上個week 買左盒珍珠粉比我, 我食左一個week 多d, 而家半夜無起身喇, 淨係每朝6點幾7點至因為太急起身shu shu jar. 好似真係好work 咁.

Wow u so smart know how to 織下冷衫仔, 冷帽仔囉. I know nothing at all.

I also putting myself to gain weight, if next week back to hospital still the baby so light! My hubby for sure to kill me la :lol: Since my daughter 10% less than normal weight, he's so worried.

Office so quiet, but better than busy la, at least I can run away a bit early and no ones notice :lol:

your eating timetable is quite similar to me, bread, biscuit all the time. my drawer is full of such things.

same as you, i also feel a bit hungry before sleep, but as so sleepy, i prefer sleep more than eat, then go to sleep lu!!

besides, eating before sleep 係最易肥!!
if possible, i will try not to eat SIU YEH!! :mrgreen:

or shushu in the mid night, yes. . . of course, average 2 times per night.

mud preg. 可以 eat 珍珠粉? okay mah? i never eat such things, even without bb.
