Ah yes - the Pearson set of Engl books is now available, so is the black book Gloria introduced earlier, about what diff things are made from.
And that new set of 12 books which Gloria is flashing on Pg 188.

developed some high-tech pen to point and read each words.

KU did not develop that high-tech pen. There are sev versions of that pen dev in / by TW, HK, Sing hi-tech cos. Same sort of thing as the iPen Mr. Yap showed us in Sing Pop which can be used to read some books published by UK Pop, and which the Engl textbooks used in sandycat's son's school.

saw Cambridge advanced learners' dic and prounoucing dic at CUP booth. The former is 210 w/ cd rom and the latter 3xx w/o cd rom.

there is a new Cambridge Grammar dic published wiht cd-rom again.

Did DK say we should buy edition 1 or 2 of the C A L dic??? the one at the booth was published in 2005 and is the 2nd edition woh.. QUite confused by what DK said and what the edition is preferred actually...

want to tell HMM the I flipped thru those very beautifully printed KUMON exercise books....didn't buy as it's too dear . Lots of such pubished in Mainland with Japan/ TW publishers' authorisation ga.

Ah.. BS, I know what need you to buy for me la.

aiya, I thought DK was mentioning the Oxford tim and when I went to OUP counter, the pronounciation dict. is w/o cd-rom and I left la :-( I want to buy ah :-( :-(
