Nipple Protector? Do you mean Breast Shell? I have Ameda Breast Shell System and it helps. Especially after the bleeding of the nipples and you dont want it to stick on any bra/shirt or with anything rib your your nipple/breast. :)

I also have the Medela nipple shield as well. It's easier for my baby to latch on (flat/inverted nipples) and also less pain. Though my nipple still bleed when my son was sucking even with the shield on. :(

Yeah, towards the end of the book, I just kept reading and reading and I couldn't stop ar, that's y I have to hide in my bathroom to read it because it was late at night. Do you like the ending?

How about you, did you finish? You can probably bring it with you to the hospital so you can read it, that is if you get free time. When KEV was born and he was in the NICU I was really boring when I couldn't go see him ar. How are you feeling lately? The baby will come any minute, right? good luck ar!!

Wow, you will have to wait 6 years ar, that's so long ar!! Does your employer also put in money too? For government, they put in 5% if I put in 5%, and after 3 years of employment, then I can take both my 5% and the government's 5%, 6 years is too long ar..... though I didn't plan to move to private industury, probably stay in government la....
KTV used to drink a lot of water and don't eat much sugar/candy and she doesn't like sweet stuffs that much, but recently she doesn't drink water that much and keep on asking for candy to eat and she also eat a lot of meat ar. she is also 成日跳跳扎 non stop...... maybe I should boil some "herb drink" for her too.... and let her eat more fruit

I didn't know there is different 529? When KTV was born, we were still living in Brooklyn, NY so we got the NY529 plan even now we moved to NJ, I am still putting money in my NY529 plan, if you live in NY, then NY529 plan has some tax benefit as well.

All the mame should also sign up on Upromise too, you get rebate from differnet stuffs and the money can be transfer to the 529 plan.

It was earlier research that I remember that trust has some tax/cost benefit over living will but then that was about a year ago that I research the topic and I can't remember anything. We brought our term life last march, that's when I did the research but then we didn't really do anything afterward. Trust seems a little bit complicate as we will have to transfer all the property to the trust..... and we might need to talk to our accountant if it impacts on how we file tax too. Living will looks simple but then we still need to find a attorney to do either one. Um.... maybe I should open a topic so that other ppl can give some input.

what i wanna say is ...

before the start of vacation or leave, the work just piles up and everybody needs you badly ... you must be stressed out ar ... it's perfect if you could complete everything, in fact the office can still function no matter how much you get done ... so relax and slow down as much as you can ar ... you and bb are the most important ... RELAX!!!

i also haven't bought a closet or dresser for my bb ar, so i haven't washed his clothes yet ... i will start preparing the rice for "fried rice tea" ... my grandma has come to help, while my mom will arrive in late August ... do you have anyone to help you "sit moon"?

ar, is it a must to use postpartum belt after delivery? is it only for natural birth? when to start using ar?

have you decided the name of your bb? i am so lazy, just rely on my hubby to choose & decide, he's gonna kill me

I had a postpartum belt and brought it to Nillie's home last gathering when I bring over the maternity clothes, you can ask Nillie to check to see if she still has it then you don't have to buy one. I rarely use it as it is a bit big for me. But it did help. I didn' have one for the first baby and I got it after I had Kaden.

同埋你係人奶媽..你好快會夠奶比zoey食架啦..唔洗轉用powder啦..佢而家食住ready-to-feed都係你唔夠奶先比佢食咋麻..我估唔洗一個月你就上奶上得夠架啦.
我女就6個月時轉食powder, 但都唔係一下轉晒架.要慢慢轉呀.驚佢adjust唔到. 會去唔到poopoo. 不過我都知powder係平好多的
