I have asked Dangdang before about returning book and refund policy.
For those problems / damaged / wrong items, you may request them for a refund together with the postage fee (This is applied only to those 國內省市 postage rate and at most they would refund postage fee is of $4.5 only)
If you return the book for NO reason, the cost of postage fee is your own responsibility. I think they can refund the cost of the item to you ONLY (if your book still in complete set without missing any accessory items.)
无条件退/换货：

My son is 3.5 years. I am consider either buying 機靈狗樂園 or Magic Box English Series. Which series will you recommend? If I am going to buy Magic Box, I will buy 4 sets for the discounted factor. However, for 機靈狗樂園, which set(s) is/are more suitable?

* 一套用全語文方法編寫的圖畫故事書。
* There are 7 levels, each level with 12 books.
(total 84 small books)
* Each book has about 8 pages only using same sentense structure repeatly to introduce new words.
Usually, I borrow these books from Public Library. Because it's quite expensive for each small book costing ~$1X.
I bought red and orange series for my 3-yr old son during the book fair. I bought the full set including the CD and some 字卡.
So far, my son has read 7 red series books and he likes them. He also listens to the CD (two versions. one in Cantonese and the other in Mandarin).
I think it's good for my son because the phrase / sentence structure are repetitive and each books also provides a guidance to parents on how to read the books with their kids. For me who is a new hand of reading books with kids, the guidance provides me with some skills. :mrgreen:
My son remembers the content of the stories very easily and begins to recognise one to two characters.
Though the books are much more expensive than the books offered in China bookshop, I am going to buy the full set in the bookfair next year as my son will repeatedly read the books and hence owning them are more convenient in letting him to easily revise the learnt characters.
