One urgent question want to ask you, my indonesia maid has some urgent matter need to go to indonesia on next week. But her contract will be expiry on June 15, 2005 (the second contract), she promise me to renew the third contract.
It is OK to let her take the annual leave return to indonesia?(21days for use the second contract annaul leave 8 days + 9days = 21 days)
Indonesia will or will not to return to hong kong due to her employment visa will be expiry almost 1.5mths?

If I want to change my maid whom I used only 1 month, is that the tax for maid which I have paid for half year can be transferred to the consecutive one that I employ? How to apply? Shall I need to do it through agent?
