I think you'll be interested in Magic School Bus DVDs.

I received the 6 Magic School Bus DVDs yesterday which I've ordered online from Moviemars.com 2 weeks ago.

If your piglet loves MSB, it's worth to buy the DVD series. The price of MSB DVDs (US$4.03@ - $7@) from Moviemars is much cheaper than Amazon and the shipping cost is not very high.

The price of each MSB DVD marked at HK record is HK$108!

Now, the total cost of the 6 MSB DVDs is $48.XX (~$HKD$370).

US$28.xx (price of 6 DVD's) + shipping cost first DVD $6.5 + ($2.50 each additional DVD in Boxset).

Each MBS DVD includes 3 stories which are the same as the MBS TV series books.
There are 3 languagues for selection (English, Spanish, French).

I found the Leapfrog DVDs on it as well. But it seems that the price is not very attractive as comparing with Amazon.

I also saw some MSB DVD at HMV 2 months ago, price ranged from $69 to $99.

To all Thomas fans,

Dear GloriaChung,

I have bought three 3M desklamps for my kids (one for each desk and one above the piano) since they have the need to do their homework. They are of good quality. Moreover, they are affordable. But one point is they are not so kiddy (no cartoon characters) as the other kid desklamps. You know, kids do not handle things with care. But now, the 3M are still in good conditions and my kids' eyesights are still normal.

I cannot remember the price. However, I bought them in Popular when they are on sale. I remembered it was the cheapest source at that time.

The quality of the DVDs are excellent. They are exactly the same as those available in HK Record.

According to KL, they are also available at HMV where the price is much more reasonable.

Year ago, I bought 2 Berenstain Bears Chapter books in Idxx. Just $2x per book. Haven't been to Idxx for a long time. So, don't know if it still sells those books.

Knew about the existence of MSB DVDs but didn't proactively search for it, like you did.
Seems that moviemars is still the cheapest source of getting all 7 DVDs, around HK$445 vs HK$543 if buy from HMV. Will look see HMV first.

of ghosts and mummies ga, so am not too keen on the mummy vcds.
You remember I said my son was

of insects ? But he enjoyed "Bugs" which was recently shown on TV.

MSB is safer.
And I found 8 Between The Lions DVDs on moviemars which were different from the 5 previously available locally.
Didn't see them around last summer, or I would have taken them back.

moviemars has audio CDs on MTH ga woh. But of course not cheap, $11.xx@ for CD covering 8 books.

If so, then probably the prize differences is not very great between HMV and moviemarz!

BTW, I find the DVDs for Between the Lions as well. Are they the same as the TV series on ATV???

Tks FX for the introduction of Moviemars. The price is really much cheaper than Amazon, esp Thomas DVD!!

As far as I know, there's no discount card/VIP card issued by HMV to customers. But you may get a stamp for every $100 purchase. With 20 stamps, you can get $50 cash coupon.

My First Chinese Words has both Simplified and Traditional Chinese editions ga. You can choose either at BetterChinese. But that in DD is only Simp. Chin one. Heee
