The refund will go back to your account (credit card) that the order was originally paid with and this will occur in the next 48 hours.

我唔理咁多了, 我未收到貨, 有一個包裹送左去fedex, 我都send email俾佢話我cancel all orders, 但佢地會唔會俾返錢我ga??同埋係咪外幣果d先要報關?港幣唔洗??

即使無須就豁免報關物品遞交進／出口報關單，

凡將物品進／出口的人士仍須囑咐承運商／貨運

代理商在貨物艙單上清楚註明豁免報關物品所屬

的類別，以方便貿易文件處理及審查工作。然而，

海關關長仍有權要求進／出口人士就所聲稱的豁

免報關物品提供證明或證據、或在有需要時按照

規例的規定，採取適當的行動。

From this, does it mean that they reserve the right to do so only?

Or is it from your experience that we MUST pay???

我之前已經打左去fedex, 統計處同海關問, 佢地話要報, 不過博唔博就自己決定

How can I know I am using 郵局寄 or FEDEX 快遞?

I just received the order confirmation as follow. It did not mention the way of delivery.
