This also happen to most busy couple. Daddy's brother and sister-in-law also come across this. They usually work until 9-10 and even 11-12pm. They are also accountants.
I'm much better, usually has ~1-2 hours play with holman but not daddy. Sometimes, holman slept before daddy comes back.
Sometimes, if I go back home late, holman will also ask pao pao when will mami come back and will mami come back (as I went to shanghai last time and didn't back home for a few days)
XXL : CH sleep around 9:00. If I manage to leave office by 8pm, I can see him before he sleep. But then he will play with me until around 10:00 to sleep.
Otherwise if I come home after 8:30/9:00, he normally slept adly. My maid usually let him got to bed around 8:30, then she sleep also!!
Daddy's working hr 11:00am- 9:00pm, so he always cannot play with him at night!! but he can do it shortly in the morning. CH leave home for school at 8:45 to 9:00.

daddy may also play with holman in the morning. holman wakes up ~6:xxam and daddy~6:45-7:00am and left home at ~7:45am. and I used to leave home at 9:00am however, holman will study am in August and will take school bus at 8:10am.
