back. very tired.
the story is that... Dr So said i've a little 子宮向後, and i read a book said a position is good for 子宮向後, we tried to follow, but not success. and then back to our normal position. but since i take the pills, my 分沁 is not as much as before . that's affect.
i didn't enjoy... :cry:

totall understand your feeling, sometimes i'm also very stressed taking care of my son, he's getting so naughty these days... i know it's hard to relax, but let's try to do it la.

the line on david paper is getting lighter this morning, but my temperature is still low (36.36), it has been low for 4 days already! does it mean i'll ovulate or not?

i've already dodo 3 nights cos 2 dark lines were spotted on thurs night! thought i was going to ovulate yesterday, but since my temperature is still low today, i think i havent ovulated yet, not sure if we can handle another time tonight ah, so tiring...

do u know if every other night is better than every night?

did u just order herbs for u or also for your husband? pls let me know how u feel after taking it.

there are different kinds of shipment, Momma kath suggested me to take (USPS Global Priority ), and it take around 5 days.

in fact, Flax Seed Oil and Evening Primrose Oil can be purschased in mannixgs . I believed B-6 can also be found in HK.

as i don't know which day in the cylce take what kind of herbs. so i ordered the whole set (#2), but if i finished , i will ordered seperately.

well, u're right. i guess u should take herb #1. but u can consult this with Momma Kath.

花膠杞子淮山瘦肉湯

功效：
滋補肝腎，益精養血，夫婦雙方每週服1至2次就可以了。

材料：
花　膠　 2 兩
杞　子　 1 兩
陳　皮　 2 錢
山　藥　 1 兩
瘦　肉　 3 兩
（2人份量8碗水）

食療指數：
價格指數屬於 ∼ 高，物多料貴
味道指數屬於 ∼ 高，味濃香純
飲用指數屬於 ∼ 低偏中，每週１至２次

秘技：
浸花膠方法 - 先將花膠放入涼清水浸約６小時，之後取出，再放入大火中的滾水，合上煲蓋，約３分鐘即可關火，直到滾水轉涼，這樣花膠就可以開發得柔軟細滑。
