very strange. i just went to familiar shopping mall for taking a look while at the gap between hatha 1 & body scuplt. 2 shops sales said i am losing some weights & the other shop asked me whether i am keen on power yoga ( coz i was wearing gym clothes). they said power yoga is shaping muscle but cant getting slim. the sales is practicing yoga too. she is slim coz she said she doesn't play power yoga. having talked & talked & talked, i spend over $1000 in the mall........

i think, power yoga/bikram yoga/ashtangr is good for building & toning muscle but can the muscle be lean? maybe i need to lose some weights 1st.

我個人經驗係 :
hot yoga 可即時減水腫, 頭1-2個月會輕幾磅, 但以後身體適應左會回復原來
hatha yoga 可 消少量脂肪 & build up strength
combat / cardio yoga 可消大量脂肪 & build up strength
power yoga 可build up少量 muscle and strength (比較適合已經 build up 左少量strength 既人做的) 身型好似 kapil / samrat 咁

睇/聽資料:
gym 可消大量脂肪 and build up muscle and strength 身型好似 喬寶寶 & syam咁

yoga 唔係 for 減肥的, 係for union your body, mind and soul

thanks for your advice.

我今日上了 yogesh 的 hatha 1. 都 ok, 只有5個 poses 是做不到/ 不適合我的. 那些時間我做自己想做的 pose law.

and, 原來 yogesh 是 個 indian man. 佢一路上堂一路講 d pose 的印度名, 我都唔知自己做了些什麼 pose!!

我想問下你們一些入門東西..... 我在那兒可以找到有齊所有 poses 的書呢?? 有時我想在家練習, 想看清楚 d pose 及配合的呼吸. 唔想做錯.

睇黎我dancing真係無咩天份,今日belly dance玩左half就走人lu,but睇d人係跳得好鬼sexy.
and then i went to sun salutation 2 & hatha 2, together with hatha 1 & body scuplt at early time. i am tired to death now. thought my legs will not move tomorrow!!

ar.......and some are out of stock, i pay deposit only, next time go down need to pay over $1000 again ar........... :-(

abt yoga, she just said she play soft yoga only.
i don't give a damn, i am not intent to lose weight in yoga mah. if i just wanna lose weights, gym can help la! right?

re : exercise for inner thigh

終於搵到 asana lu.....

首先SET<<prayer Squat>>, inhale, pat pat 用力向前推, two elbows 用力頂開兩大脾, 跟住 exhale, 變做雙手引直指向地下, two knees 夾住 two elbows, 背曲起, 重覆做

yes, gym can help losing weights, but gym is harder and more boring than yoga. i had no motivation to do gym after i played for 4-5 months, but I still have interests/motivation to practise yoga after practising for 3 months, and I feel unhappy if i cannot book a lesson (just like today, i cannot book Sat's hatha by prof :-( ) but I wouldn't feel so when I did gym.

nadi Shodhana
1) 右入右出10次
2) 左入左出10次
3) 左入 4秒, chin lock 16秒, 右出8秒
4) 右入4秒, chin lock 16 秒, 左出4秒
重覆 3 & 4 合共10次, 可清潔血液中之毒素

kapalbhati (professor 教果個)
吸氣, 呼氣5次, 重覆10次, 可通有block左地方

professor 講過
good breathing --> good concentration --> good flexibility --> good balance--> good breathing, 好的循還

佢 recommend 我上ananda, yoga therapy, A& & satyananda, 因為我 breathing 係 fair, concentration 係 good, balance 係 fair, flexibility 係 poor, 做唔到 full lotus 就係poor 架啦....幾咁可憐呀....

hmmmm .... 要好似 rabbit 咁食, 我有d保留.唔係因為我而家仲bf緊既原因,而係我覺得rabbit食得唔算均衡,only cheese+milk+veggie+biscuits,我覺得要+番少量meat先得.當我wean bf後,我都希望我可以上到combat yoga/power,咁可以burn多d fat.

我今日又係到9am先記得book,以為可以好似上星期6咁都book到,點知full左.可能prof既hatha多擁躉.唔知sat去line up排wait list既機會有幾大呢?

rabbit 有食肉架, 唔係日日食, 少量之嘛

醫學報告出左, 食素既人有足夠既營養, 只係除左 vit b 12, 需要補充, 做多d 呼吸調息法, 就有好多 energy了

肉類有大量旦白質, 問題<<睇下>>, 少量要少得好利害先得
