I think those books incl CD, Chin book + Engl CD ! to learn Engl woh.

Also comes with a bookcase.

NEVER go to book fair during free time / night chun-hui. Sooooo many ppl.

AM & I had to walk down CEC drive, went across the road to ask a policeman how to walk back to my office (all blocked). He said we should go out to walk along seaside then back into the hotel.
Finally we decided to go by underground carpark - turned out to be best choice.

Then we went out to Hennessy Rd to have noodles - a lot of ppl in ALL restaurants, at 11pm+.

Why can't TDC hold biannual bookfairs, or once a year for more days ?!

I went to 文星 on 11/F. found a set of primary chinese teaching materials w/ exercise there. RMB 9 but conv. rate there is 1.3 per yen for non-member and 1.2 for member. really 食水深！

btw,

匠 Japanese restaurant is on its anniversary promotion. 20% off. the lobster 2-person set cost only HK$240 cha. Try on weekends and Sundays la. Not avail on weekdays ga. Don't know how long it will last. Don't miss it .

Suppl exercises - Maths and Engl from Success Publ, Chin from Popular publ. P2 and P3, 1 for P4.
(I found some suppl exercises by local publishers which teach Engl grammar in Chinese !!!

Crazy !)
Chinese story books which offer better discount than 20%. (Reckoned that I could buy from PTU / bookshop sale period at less 20% so why carry bricks and rocks from Bk Fair !)
eg Kinghorn publ TW books at half price, YingWa's Snoopy Principal's book (with signature) at less 25%
CD-roms - Phonics to Phonetics (you need only buy workbooks 3x$40@if you want to)
A set of CD-roms for pr school called "Legend of Grammarland". Acceptable Engl and ~$1500 for 4 modules.
A grammar book with a cd-rom, $59, the cd-rom is concise edition of a bigger much more expensive set.

The sales at Welluck tried to sell their grammar cd-roms at Welluck, but I had read from other BK-mums' posts that there was a book+cd-rom $59.
So once they said there was a book to go with it, and a condensed version of the cd-roms (maybe exercises), I said, that was exactly what I was looking for - and all the sales immediately disappeared !!

Actually I didn't go over the Welluck book / set in detail, the book was my 1st purchase at the bookfair. Today I realised that it was mostly in Chinese, i.e. teaching Engl grammar with Chinese, which I don't "buy". So I will gladly sell it off if anyone is willing to take up

- if that person doesn't mind that I cxxx the cd-rom 1st.

A friend already owned 1 module of the Legend of Grammarland set, and asked me to take a look at the rest, if acceptable, eg pronunciation, contents, then we could buy and share. This set allows choice of either Cantonese / English narration (not sure about the Welluck set).

For the Phonics to Phonetics set, as I said, you only need to buy the workbooks.

(Will type their address here tonight, so anybody interested in buying the workbooks can do so. They don't have a showroom, only an office in a commercial building. Better group together and buy than buying individually, I think Kitty, Gloria etc may want the workbooks too.)

i don't know this. as my son is just 6 years old today

He didn't join the class last weekend due to his birthday party. but he is still young for joining the competition. Is Piglet join the competition??

I think Mr. Leung sir is very nice being the instructor than our ctr, i complaint with Daddy that why this ctr like a 軍訓, very strict of the 大帥範. When he shout very loudly to the kids, i am also scare too.
i even didn't seen him laught or smile for once.
