Originally, we planned to bring the books to TCS (my hubby 2 bags and 1 used the hand carry luggage bag) when my girl was dancing at JWBallet. At last, I went to TCS 2 times, 1st time carrying the 2 bags and the 2nd time bringing the luggage bag)

did you heard about airAsia. I saw the ad. that they offer less than $200 to go to Malaysia and less than $200 to Thailand/Philipinnes etc.

Is it safe?? Why they can offer such a low price?

I think safety is the most important issue.
Better check out their planes.
For such short flights, F&B service on board is not a problem.
I know that my cousin's family fly from Sing/HK/Sing using a budget airline, but not sure which one.
Didn't know the airfare can be sooooo cheap.

Hi all,

I have a question about domestic helper employment contract. There is a sub-clause 7 (b). " A daily food and travelling allowance of HK$100 per day shall be paid to the Helper from the date of his/her departure from his/her place of origin until the date of his/her arrival at Hong Kong if the travelling is by the most direct route. The same payment shall be made when the Helper returns to his/her place of origin upon expiry or termination of this contract."

Does the above imply that whenever the contract is renewed, $200 has to be paid? ($100 for from HK to Philipphine and the other $100 from Philipphines to HK to start another new contract??) The agent told me that just $100 is needed for each renewal? Is she correct? Or have I misinterpreted the sub-clause?

Any ideas?

I pay my yanyan $200 for this each time she goes on home leave.

My opinion is, if her performance is OK, treat this as a $100 extra bonus for ehr loh. No big deal.
