其實我覺得用aqueous cream和emulsifying ointment都ok, 又經濟又潤, 其實大家對沖涼液不要有太大期望, 它只是濕疹護理過程中其中一樣要注意的項目, 還有很多東西要配合, 濕疹不會因用了某隻沖涼液而有大大的改善, 當然不要用一些會令皮膚乾的就ok, 有時我見到好多媽咪問邊隻潤d, 仍是那句"自己試過先知, 人人都不同", 如果大人自己試便更清楚不同沖涼液的感覺, 希望大家都找到合適的方法改善小朋友的濕疹啦.

8yrs 都可以有機會根治濕疹只要平衡到體內的機能,就能回復正常,當然2yrs前係黃金時期拉.過左都仲有機會既.
點解會2yrs前係因為大機能內臟未完全成熟,引導發展走回正軌.係重要時刻.
沖涼同cream只係改善乾燥情況,不要抱太大期望用左會好番.潤唔潤都要自己試下.

多謝你詳細既回覆，我最近比BB轉番食A+，大便又正常番，每日都有。濕疹好似都係差唔多情況，又無話特別差咗，仍然係手腳既摺位最嚴重，塊面同個肚仔都好okay。

你講得好啱，奶粉同cream都係因人而異，BB試過搽cetaphil，唔係好得，頸同個肚仔又紅返，轉番搽physiogel cream，頸仔同肚仔又靚返好多。

我記得當年, 我仔兩歲有多, 政府醫院兒科開 elomet 俾我(無溝), 個藥劑師同我講, 我仔細, 非必要/盡可能唔好用 elomet, 尤其係面.....
珀珀慧慧媽返o左o黎... 不如你問問佢丫.... 佢對藥幾熟o架... 我以前成日煩佢o架....

My son had mild to severe ezcema since he was 5 weeks old. We did a skin prick test on him when he was 8 months old and found that he's allergic to egg white & yolk, peanuts, wheat and pollens. Then, our paeds told us to avoid these things. Since then his ezcema fluctuates with the weather.

Now he's 19 months old. His skin is better than before, only redness on the flexures. 2 weeks ago, we talked to our paeds about desensitizing my son's allergy and he says we can do thatby introducing a bit of the food. Say baby's allergic to peanuts (2points) then we can feed him other legumes (lentils, chickpeas,soybeans) to desensitize him. Theory is using the same group of foodthat he's not allergic to do the tricks. My baby's got 6 points for eggwhites and 3 points for the yolks and he says this is very mild as longas we offer him totally cooked eggs. We can start with cakes/muffin.Make homemade ones so that u can control the proportion of eggs inthere. Use more egg yolks in the beginning because usually they areless allergic to the yolks. The after a period of time, use more eggwhite, less yolks. Say if u make 6 muffins with 1 egg, and baby's onlyhaving half a muffin each time, then he's only having 1/12 eggs andthat shouldnt be a problem.
I've started giving my baby wheats (2 points) and egg yolks and he seems OK with it. Gonna try the egg white soon.
But you gotta be very careful if your child has severe allergy. ALWALYS TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO IF YOUR CHILD HAS ALLERGY ISSUES. Consult a paediatrician or allergist because they know more of this than a GP doctor.

But he is better when he grows up.
But unluckily, he gets very serious this year.
We bring him to visit doctor almost 7 months.
But until now he still feel very itchee especially in the midnight and very redness on the flexures

May I know about the skin prick test for your son.
How much, where and how to do it.
Is it very useful?

You mention about the peanuts (2 points), wheats (2 points) what’s the meaning of the points?
Are you visiting skin specialist or allergist.
Can I have your info.
Tks a lot.

LaiLaiChan,

If your son only get redness on the flexures but not somewhere else like back or tummy, it's likely to be ezcema but i'm not sure. If it's very red and not responding to steroids, please get it checked by GP doctor/skin specialist because it can be infected ezcema but looks like ezcema.
Unfortunately i cant provide you with much info about doctors because we are not living in HK. We are seeing a paediatrician, an allergist and a skin specialist. If you ask your GP doctor, he/she will refer to the specialists. They will tell you whether it's really food allergy and is it worth doing a skin prick test.
The points are referring to how bad our body's responding to a food allergen in a skin prick test. The higher point the worse.

你試吓用Nu Skin 既蘆薈gel 丫, 我個女既咀, 身體都有濕疹情況, 好唔容易搵到啱用既lotion, 我好放心用, 這gel 可以補濕, 殺菌, 消炎, 天然, 小朋友唔會係咁爪, 你地睇吓我個blog 就知, 宜家阿女幾靚女架, jolo 都見過我個女, 之前試用好多種cream, 又睇中醫西醫, 結果塗這gel 同食調理身體既營養素同魚油丸, 依家再唔駛我周圍撲 !
同埋想同大家講, 沖涼要用弱酸性既清潔液, 那些蜜糖皂千祁唔好用, 會越用越乾, 因為它是高alkaline !

其實怕佢成份未必係天然, 而濕疹b通常會對某些化學物會敏感, 咁未會紅. 另外,據聞bath oil有些會含礦物油, 而這些物質原意係鎖水(鎖著毛孔, 防止水份流失), 但分量控制唔好容易阻失毛孔, 咁會令皮膚的新陳代謝差些. 所以有濕疹的地方要保濕但亦要保持毛孔暢通, 讓它們呼吸才會有幫助.

要由洗頭水、沖涼、lotion 同 cream 全部用天然, 好難... 重有係...
