when Moses was small, I did 掃風, until 2-3 months, i didn't.
basically, breastfeeding will not have the " air" , but since the stomach of the babies are not yet mature,
and their stomach are too small ,,, if 掃風 will make them more comfortable and digest easily...
for some babies, their stomachs are so sensitive, they may easily vomit the milk though it is breastmilk.
