Thanks for your information about the hospital visit. I have finished all 4 exercise classes at Tsan Yuk. I also had an individual physio appointment at there, too. I had serious low back pain so the doctor referred me to the physio dept again.
Last night I had a dream......I were in the process of delivery.....I didn't feel pain and it was so easy.....but the baby was so tiny and I could hold it in my hands (the whole body size was my hands)......it's very scary!
