我近排都成日頭暈,我而家只係在家,都無落街,但一日暈幾次,不過情況唔係好嚴重個種,只係幾秒,然後我唔郁就好番D,請問醫生有無話應該點做呀?我今日36週,頭暈發生在這一,兩個星期.

你小心d喎, 不過我有時都會ring ring o下, 但坐o下就會好d, 不過就冇一日暈幾次, 你檢查時醫生有冇講d乜呀?

我都有試過暈(未有bb時間中都會), 仲全身發冷同震, 我同時擔心所以送我入e院, 檢查完又無問題, i don't know why?

Thanks for all your concerns. I have 貧血 before I am pregnant. The oxygen-carry capacity of my red blood cells is not good. I used to drink 紅棗水 and I felt better. However, I stop this practice when I am pregnant because I don't know whether the 紅棗水 is good for baby or not.
Actually, the doctor recomended me to slow down everything. Don't get up from bed in a quick way. Try to sit for a while before walk away from the bed. Don't stand too long. Lay down if I feel dizzy and set the legs up (higher that the heart)....take deep breath. Try to set yourself in a safe position just as sitting down or laying down before your get unconscious. It will lower the possibility that you hit your body.
Some years ago, I got unconscious when I was taking a bath. When I woke up, I found my head very painful because I hitted my head to the toilet bowl when I fell down. I don't know how long I were being unconscious. Hopefully, I didn't get cut.....but the smash was so great. I needed some days to recover from the pain.

I had similar experience as #13 in mid April. It was a hot and humid day with rains, after walking for 45 mins in the countryside and waiting for a mini-bus with my husband and little daughter, I felt difficult to breath and then the scene before my eyes become darker and darker. It was raining heavily and I can't lay down. I was about to fall down, then I began to breathe deeply as hard as i can, after that I felt better. I'm now 34 weeks pregnant.

My doctor said it's not unusual for pregnant woman, to prevent this, just don't get too tired and don't go to crowded area and take good rest if you do not feel well, try not to go to a hot place.

to have a scheduled caesarean surgery
