Long time no see (a few days)....
I boiled an egg and let Amanda played with it on her birthday. She tried both egg yolk and egg white but only very little, mainly smashed it and used her hands to play with it. Afterwards, my mom boils the egg, mashed the egg yolk, cut the egg white then add them to the rice to feed Amanda. So far, she's fine, no significant allergy reaction.

如果成份好小, 可唔可以test 到會唔會敏感呢?

係10oz呀(仲勁過曈曈 ), 佢食尾果2oz時仲係唔夠喉要搶我奶樽架!!! 今日叫bunbun加多1湯匙米糊先!

Thanks. I receive the alert/newsletter from baby center from time to time. their info is very useful. just want to find a few more Chinese books that may be more suitable for HK or Chinese BB.

我都係c+打水痘及肺鏈...德國痲疹未決定呀 !
多數在政府打..
現在又加多2針流感..咪想夾下打針時間囉 !
因唔可以全都在12月打, 最後流感第1針唔可以在12月打..

穎穎今日都係差不多9:00開始扭計, 我咪埋身比奶奶她食
等她訓囉 ! 點知明明訓左..之後廳有聲又起左身..
唔通食唔飽 我今日已經開始3點個轉無泵奶架啦囉 7點又食9點又食 ...攪到媽媽成10:30先回到家...好攰呀

Foods to avoid: 4 to 12 months (baby center)Honey: Honey can harbor spores of Clostridium botulinum, which causes botulism. An adult's intestinal tract can prevent the growth of these spores, but in a baby the spores can grow and produce life-threatening toxins.
Peanut butter: The sticky consistency of peanut butter and other nut butters can make it tough for a young child to swallow safely.
Cow's milk: Stick with breast milk or formula until your child's first birthday. Why? Your baby can't digest the protein in cow's milk for the first year, it doesn't have all the nutrients he needs, and it contains minerals in amounts that can damage his kidneys.
Choking hazards to watch for Large chunks: Pea-size pieces of food are safest — they won't get stuck in your child's throat. Vegetables like carrots, celery, and green beans should be diced, shredded, or cooked and cut up. Cut fruits like grapes, cherry tomatoes, and melon balls into quarters before serving. Cut meats and cheeses into very small pieces or shred them.
Small, hard foods: Nuts, popcorn, cough drops, hard candies, raisins, and other small dried fruit and seeds are potential choking hazards.
Soft foods: Soft foods like marshmallows and jelly candies can get lodged in your child's throat.
More choking prevention:
  • Avoid letting your child eat in the car. It's too hard to supervise while driving.
  • If you're using a rub-on teething medication, keep a close eye on your baby as it can numb his throat and interfere with swallowing.

公公之前比過美心紙包雞蛋糕比穎穎食, 一食面仔即紅出粒
最近再比又無事..所以我咪想開始比蛋白囉 !
反正總要在打1歲針之前比蛋白...

我自己最初打算會煮熟左先..可以control到份量
我"輪樽"..蛋花怕落多左
