自從買左Rainbow機, 吸晒D蟎 & dirt, 好明顯感覺張mattress 瞓得更爽更舒服!!

其實靚既床褥係可以用十幾年架, 而且床褥對睡眠質素真係好重要, 所以就算我咁 CHEAP, 我都會用成皮嘢買床褥, 但就 expect 可以用十幾年, 不過有子進後無好好保護佢, 搞到佢要提早退休.

我仲 cheap 呀, 我要瞓超梗嘅床褥, 其實最好係瞓木板, (好彩爹爹都係啫) 要鋪床單先要用床褥, 所以只買咗幾舊水嘅超級梗椰棕床褥, 何況部幾皮嘢既 rainbow 機 .........

當我地知道塵蟎既事實, 又加上香港成日都潮濕, 容易有虱咬我地, 洗野又唔洗得咁多.....部機真係好幫得手! 咩都可以清潔!
我打算用佢一世, 咩都抵返!!

從少我阿媽要我瞓木板+ 蓆, 話對條腰好, 所以我瞓地都頂得住!:lol 我宜家張床褥都係好硬!

hi sisters, shall we have gathering during the easter holiday? who will be out of town during the holiday besides ding's family? may i suggest the following dates for outdoor activities?

I prefer not to be on Sunday, as Ivy has Sunday school until 1pm.

Mine is one side waterproof, one side thick cotton. You may find it at bb shop, around $28-70, depend on size and quality.

I would place very big cotton towel on it to enhance absorption in case...
