Sorry typo error. I meant the exp. flap not exp. tote. They are already sold out?? Check with your US SA, I think they should have stock. Maybe more colors to choose from. The brown flap looks nice too!

The exp. flap is $22400.

When did u visit Canton Road store? I went there around 5 pm. But didn't see any other customer buying flap.

You acted so fast, already reserved the brown flap. How come you won't keep the white flap? I think it's very nice and eye catching. I don't take good care of my bag, so not dare to buy an expensive white bag. So c mo you could use light color bag and keep it in good shape.

This thread is really a trap! Remember all of us were saying won't buy anything from the fall collection (not counting the reissue and reserved bags). I thought I am done for my Chanel buying and will have a clean CC bill for next month. Then, the release of new version exp. flap drove us crazy again!

If you have a beige one, don't buy the brown. Will you consider the black?

Since u got the expandable flap now, is the flap easy to open to take things out? How about closing the flap, do u need to aim at the CC logo to close the lock? I know i might be over reacting of the flap thing, but this is my concern about the ex. flap ar... I also think the BROWN is so NICE, very tempted to get it... but have to tell myself NO ar... is there anymore ex. flap in HK now???

It seems the price in HK & USA are more or less the same... :-P

I guess i really need to cancel those reserved bags la... haa haa..

I understand your concern about closing the flap. Coz I also have the same problem when using my silver classic. Quite dificult to aim the CC lock and then close it.

I tried to carry the bag at the shop, open and close it for a few times. There is no problem at all for the exp. flap! It's easier to close than the classic one. You know when you don't lock the classic flap, the flap will just flip upward. But the exp. flap won't have this issue. So even sometimes can't aim the CC lock and just want to leave the flap as it without locking it, it's still ok.

Actually the price from USA is a bit cheaper, it is $2650 * 8 = $21200.... so get it from USA la... buy buy buy!!!

of course if u can get from HK is faster & easier... like BoBo1, puffpuff & peepee, all get within these 2 days!!! so quick ar... :D

Since i don't have great urge to buy the ex. flap now, i guess i won't buy until my sudden impulse drive me to get it one day, like the MC tote... hee hee!!! but sure it is one of the "IT" bag among the Chanel collection...

My interest of the 2.55 metallic black 227 had diminished a bit as waiting for TOO LONG... i might end up cancel the reservation, but feel bad for my SA as i had recently canceled another order from her ar...

Yes, it's ok to leave the bag unlock and the flap won't flip over.

I went to pick up the bag from habour city AH store after lunch. There was still a crowd of people waiting outside the store. So I went there again at 5pm. I was so shocked that the store put paper to cover the window. You know just like store is doing renovating inside. There is a notice saying that it is closed for stock take. Maybe the store didn't expect the lining up will be so crazy and so they think the SA will still have energy to take care the pre-order customers. My 3rd sister ordered the bag too at IFC. When she went to pick up the bag, the store was also closed.

I am having day off tomorrow. My 2nd sister is eager to get the bag, so she will do the pick up tomorrow.

Well, for me ( perhaps mins is old version) you must close the lock or else your bag will drop like " no bone" .. and half of your inside content of the bag will be exposed ... so no la. the old version must close the lock...
honestly, it's quite hassel... but I don't care, just love it!

brown one is really nice wor... buy la buy la buy la!!!!

Dear friends,
I needed to go to the Landmark this afternoon to take my pants for alternation... but when i tried to walk in from the entrance near LV.... there were at least 100 ppl , not lining up .. but all crowded together.. and I also saw news reporter and many police...
No one was allowed to enter Landmark!!!

I asked what happened.. and found out that the crowd lining up for Anya bag were making trouble.. someone actually kicked the door at Harvey coz the bag were SOLD OUT!
the crowd lost control and yelled at the store... everyone got freaked and called the police!

I told the officer that I needed to go inside with important matter..and they let me in ( with hesitation)... and there were NO one inside landmark.. felt like Dead city!!!!

I can't believe it..... for a $120 bag.. people actually have gotten crazy!!!!

i asked canton rd about the bubble qulited classic flap.....gone!!! again!!!! if u really want one, call the airport chanel or HLN chanel....just put it on, c if it fits u or not.....

did u watch tonight news about the anya bag??? same things happened in Taiwan: people lining up overnight; those couldn't buy the bag, getting mad, and destoryed things around........

i didn't see any red mm lock in canton rd.....u can call all Chanel shop in hk first, if there's no more red....... then, call overseas
