今日同阿ｂ去健康院作綜合觀察，阿ｂ磅重得5.1kg，我問姑娘是否過輕。姑娘話阿ｂ在中碼及細碼之間，但偏細碼，不過一直在她條curve，所以唔駛擔心wo！

不過我阿ｂ仍未識或有意識地用手抓發聲玩具，又未識"咭咭笑"，所以要我多ｄ同阿ｂ玩。不過而家要返工，真係好難就時間！

我bb都未做綜合觀察呀,約左要10月先有得做.我阿b同你個b都係差唔多重,不過上個月醫生就話佢頭圍身長中碼,體重就細碼喎,我都好心急想同阿b快d做測驗.

佢3個幾月都無笑到有聲,亦無抓玩具,因為佢覺得遙控我地仲好玩!

我的寶貝女朗朗在5月25日早上7:40分出左世.仍然是全人奶bb,唔肯飲奶粉的體重記錄

6/5 --2.76kg                6/11 -3.02kg
6/18 --3.3kg                   6/28 -3.75kg

無磅好耐啦,費事磅,反正都係xs碼,我個女食得行得睡得玩得排牙仲好駛得,又好精力過d大人,足以累死你,磅數仲算d咩呢

乜妳阿ｂ咁遲做綜合觀察？乜唔係3個月7個月同3歲做嗎？不過下次我book了在六個月時做，可以順便打第三支乙型肝炎針。
其實我阿ｂ都會笑出聲的，不過是在睡著發夢時！我老公話咁姑娘言下之意是否表示阿ｂ玩得唔夠顛？！

係囉,我都覺得遲,明明寫住話3個月,6個月,9個月做架嘛,但我打去問姑娘,佢話第一次係3-6個月內做就得喎!個期係第一次去健康院時約架,依家數落唔知會唔會少左一次呢? ?-(

我都唔知呀，但呢兩日育嬰院同我講話阿ｂ識笑出聲ga，通常是同她傾計時然後"唧"佢心口，她就會笑出聲，但我在屋企試都唔得，唔知係咪因為夜晚阿ｂ眼訓唔想玩呢？我明天下午試下同阿ｂ玩睇下她識唔識笑先！

阿ｂ返育嬰院好似都好開心，我諗她已習慣，而家每次去接她放學，她都會同ｄ姐姐笑，又會同我笑。係食奶時，ｄ姐姐話她唔係咁專心，食1-2oz後會就係咁撩人講野，ｄ姐姐要擰開臉餵她，通常要隔幾個字後先肯再食多1-2oz！

I will return to work on Sept 20 and I have tried pumping milk twice at home. It takes me 30 minutes to pump 4 to 4.5 ons on one breast. It is really quite time consuming as pumping both breast will take 1 hour.

I have some questions and hope some moms can help me.

1. Any ways can speed up the pumping process?
2. I planned to only pump once (both breast) at office during lunch hour, is it enough?
3. Can I put the milk from both breast into one single bottle?
4. I need to pump milk by using 2 hands together, it is very difficult to feed the baby on one hand and pump on the other hand. Any moms can share your experience to me?

I've been back to work for almost 2 months now, I can share my experience with you.

First of all, what pump are you using now? I use AVENT ISIS pump. I found it very good and milk comes out quite quickly (I've never tried other brand pump, so I cannot compare)

Here is my pumping schedule:
~3am(at home) pump on one breast after feeding on the other
7am(at home) pump on one breast while/after feeding on the other
1pm(in the office) pump both breasts
6pm(in the office) pump both breasts
~10pm(at home)pump on one breast while/after feeding on the other

Whether pumping only once in the office is enough or not depends on how much milk you can pump each day and how much milk your bb needs each day.

Usually, I pump twice in the office, once at lunch time and once at 6:00 before going home. I found that I can pump more milk at the 6pm pumping(1 oz more from both breasts when compare with the 1pm pumping). However, sometimes at 6:00, no room is available, then I'll go home directly. But I'll feel uncomfortable because the breasts are "full".
Usually I arrive home at about 7:40pm and sometimes my son may need feeding at that time. If I've pumped milk at 6pm, I can feed him right away, but if I haven't, than I have to pump milk out first before feeding him, because the breasts are too full to feed him directly.

You can mix milk from both breast(from the same pumping) into one single bottle. Actually, you can mix milk provided all the milk are at the same temprature.

The AVENT ISIS pump can be operated by just one hand, so I can pump on one breast while feeding on the other. That's how I do this:
1) prepare the pump
2) sit down on a chair or on my bed, hold my baby in my arm, sometimes may need a pillow, so that he is secured(will not fall) by just holding his neck/head with one of my arm (the other hand is free).
3) when he begin suckling, I'll start pumping

Thanks so much for your reply.
I am using Avent ISIS pump as well. This morning, I pumped milk again after feeding my son. However, it took me 1 hour to pump 5 ons for both breast. How long you will take to pump milk and how much you can pump?

I found it is very difficult to use just one hand to pump the milk as it will loss pressure very easily (I think I accidentally move the pump).

For feeding on one breast and pumping on one breast, how should I position the pump? As I will usually put the baby on a pillow, it means he is lying horizontally. Then there is no more space to hold the pump vertically. Should I hold my baby 45 degree so that I can hold the pump vertically?

妳返工時，妳阿ｂ在日頭會食幾多餐奶呢？我阿ｂ就食3餐，現時每餐4.5oz。所以我現在每日泵3次奶（6:30am, 1:00pm, 9:30pm)，每袋奶儲5oz，若有多出1-2oz，即日會俾阿ｂ食埋。因我未返工前已開始儲奶，唔計阿ｂ每日食的3餐，冰櫃仲有廿包冰奶，所以我唔打算多儲。故建議妳每日泵足夠阿ｂ第二日食的份量就足夠。當然最好是早ｄ開始儲奶，但妳亦要早ｄ俾阿ｂ試食冰奶，因有ｄｂｂ是唔食冰奶的！
基本上我每次泵奶都是兩邊泵，約15分鐘可泵5安(兩邊加埋)，係夜晚泵o個次有時會邊餵邊泵。我通常是讓阿b坐o向度食，咁我一邊的大脾（通常是右面）可以多出來托住個奶樽泵奶，會無咁易走位的。因我都是慣了用兩隻手一起泵奶的，所以即使邊餵邊泵，到最後我都係要等阿ｂ食飽後放低她再泵的 :mrgreen: 。

我都還在考慮放唔放bb去育嬰院,她依家愈來愈痴身,其他人都抱唔掂.

我pump唔到奶呀,要半夜先勉強兩邊有4oz,近日更發現開始少,可能bb食少左.你地d bb已經食4oz以上,我bb都未有4oz,得唔得架?

My bb is same as your baby that will 食3餐 during 日頭. I will follow your pumping schedule and will try to let my baby 坐o向度食 in order to 邊餵邊泵

As I only pump once at office, is the fridge-to-go for 2 cans enough for me?
