I am so happy to see all the kids in the classroom and eager to share here with u all! It's really enjoyable if I can be a full time mum.
But I can't do it today la, I am back to office lu.....my l ...
I agree that we need to give them more variety in the food.
We only give "rice" to Hei Hei in dinner time, and he will have noodles/ udon in lunch time. We can buy spaghetti of different shapes - like butterfly, spiral, car, wheel, ABC, Macaroni, etc. We usually have the tomato soup as well. Sometimes, I will ask Jie Jie to cook the Chinese soup earlier so that Hei Hei can use that for soup in boiling the noodles as well. He likes soups a lot.
For vegetables, Hei Hei can eat some. Choi sum and brocolli are the most common ones.
You may also try to steam egg in a small bowl. It will then looks like egg tart and Hei Hei loves it too.
節瓜 cooked with 粉絲 - Hei Hei loves 粉絲 as it looks like noodles and absorbs the sauce.
Finally, we may put some sauce on the table and Hei Hei will eat after seeing us dipping the food into the sauce.
But Hei Hei dun eat any meat.....only seldomly have BBQ pork and some chicken. Ah....he loves honey chicken wings very much - can eat up to 5-6 pieces!!!
For the Mid-Autumn Festival Party, anyone has idea that how many people are allowed?
I asked Ms Ng this morning but she was not sure. She said only 1 parent?!? I said that I expected at least both daddy and mommy but she said that she needed to check out.......also she said that there are many activities since 5:30pm like a class
